Very nice hotel with a lot of attention to detail. Everything you need is there (parking, bathrobes, ice cubes in the room...). Staff was super friendly, location is top and there are even free scooters on site.

This property has an absolutely spectacular pool and surrounding area. The pool and Jacuzzi are perfect for adults and the pool is also perfect for younger people to enjoy. Highly recommend this property.

The property is its own little paradise. Everything is just so ‘easy’ from check in to parking, booking activities. The staff were exceptional also, specifically Bryan on the front desk & they really go out of the way to make your stay special.

Ideally set on a private beach in Key West's Old Town, Pier House Resort & Spa offers a full-service spa, instant beach access, and on-site dining.

The staff was friendly, the accommodation comfortable (especially the beds!), secured parking and a central location. The pool and the surrounding area looked tempting, but unfortunately we didn't get to try it. We are sure that the view from the hotel is beautiful when the sun sets, but we still went a few steps to the pier.

Ocean Key will be renovating our guestrooms and suites from August 1st to October 31st, 2023. Guestrooms and suites will still be available in our Mallory Square facing building.

View was beautiful and loved the beach island look in the room and hotel . Exactly what I wanted to see
