Pickalbatros Oasis Port Ghalib has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and restaurant in Port Ghalib. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a water park. I like everything. The waiting staff at all the restaurants were amazing, friendly, and very hospitable. The food was great. We also enjoyed the aqua park too apart from the other swimming pools. I wish I could stay longer!

This hotel offers a beach front, a large lagoon pool and 5-star luxury accommodation in the heart of Port Ghalib, Egypt. Marsa Alam International Airport is less than 5 minutes’ drive away. Everything more than perfect. Excellent service, everyone of the staff is incredibly nice, helpful and attentive. They speak a lot of languages and they're always with a smile on their faces. Special mention to Mohammed (the guard of the child's water park). The food is very good, there're always bbq bites and a lot of different kinds and tasty dishes in general. The buffet is amazing. And of course, spectacular the views of the Red Sea and snorkeling on the coral reef right there in the private beach, beachfront pool, beach bar... Better than a 5 stars hotel so far.

We have been to quite a few countries and I won’t be exaggerating when I say this is by far our best hotel experience. The staff is what makes this place exceptional, their passion & attention to details are like no other. From Mr Ahmed the hotel manager to restaurants and room service staff, everyone is smiling and welcoming all the time! Mr Ahmed the manager is very professional & helpful. He was always available whenever we needed to make changes to our booking. Staff in main restaurant offered a top notch customer service, each time we walked into the restaurant, kids were greeted and offered special drinks. Also, I was amazed by how clean everything & everywhere was. Will definitely come back next time we visit Egypt. Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park" features a fitness centre, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Quseir. What I like the most about this hotel is the service of a professional and friendly staff. A day prior to the arrival, Ahmed ElSehemy contacted me to confirm our stay and ask if there are any specific requests. He is very polite/efficient and professional. From the minute we arrived, we have been welcomed with a great service from each and every one in the hotel staff. Thank you. The staff takes every feedback seriously and their response is immediate to improve or accommodate the ask/feedback. This attitude reflects a strong hotel management. The food is exceptional (the best all inclusive I have ever had) and they offer plenty of options / cuisines (Egyptian, Western, Asian, Vegetarian, Italian…). Rooms are very good, spacious, and it gets deep cleaned thoroughly every day. Facilities are plenty , diverse and almost all is free - Tennis (with cost), Football court, billiards (with cost) , .. Pools are enormous and beautifully designed, and well maintained. Beach is a good spot for snorkeling but not the best place for swimming. Chapeau for this hotel to offer such amazing Service in that huge scale. I would be happy to come back to this hotel once more. Thanks again 👏

Offering an outdoor pool and a private beach, The Oasis is located in Marsa Alam City. Free WiFi access is available in public areas. This place is perfectly located along the sea with no other resorts around, all you can hear are the waves and the wind. The structure is built with stone giving it a natural feel. It is the perfect place to come for quiet relaxation. The food was excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The name "Oasis" perfectly describes this place.

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. I will never forget this trip thanks to everyone that is working here 🙏🏼 we were able to snorkel and see different kinds of sea animals and corals just few steps from the beach 🥰 they are also quite careful and warning everyone to make sure that nobody ruin the corals or give food to the fishes.. also we had trip to dolphins house and we had wim with them (big thanks to the guys there that took care of everyone and made sure that we had good memories in videos and photos). The restaurant is good the chef was always careful to listen to people’s opinion about food and if they have something more they desire to have ! Rooms are so clean the housekeepers are always careful about minor details
