We have been to quite a few countries and I won’t be exaggerating when I say this is by far our best hotel experience. The staff is what makes this place exceptional, their passion & attention to details are like no other. From Mr Ahmed the hotel manager to restaurants and room service staff, everyone is smiling and welcoming all the time! Mr Ahmed the manager is very professional & helpful. He was always available whenever we needed to make changes to our booking. Staff in main restaurant offered a top notch customer service, each time we walked into the restaurant, kids were greeted and offered special drinks. Also, I was amazed by how clean everything & everywhere was. Will definitely come back next time we visit Egypt. Facing the beachfront, IBEROTEL Costa Mares offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and features a garden, terrace and restaurant. Minden fantasztikus volt. Tízszer voltam már Egyiptomban, mindig jó szállodákban, de a személyzet itt volt a legkészségesebb, legkedvesebb. Az egész szálloda nagyon tiszta volt, a szoba, a part, a közösségi terek. Én nem szeretem az egyiptomi ételeket, más miatt járok ide, de ebben a szállodában az ételek is nagyon finomak voltak és rengeteg féle. Novemberben a medence fűtött volt, kellemes. A dugongok 4 nap alatt egyszer jöttek. Sajnos nagyon sok turistát rájuk borítottak a kívülről jövő hajók, így számomra élvezhetetlen volt, nem volt túl állatbarát megoldás ahogy zajlott. A teknősök folyamatosan ott voltak, velük nyugodtan lehetett úszkálni, nézegetni őket. Voltunk masszázson is, az is fantasztikus volt.

Facing the beachfront, Jaz Maraya Resort offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and bar. The hotel is amazing from all aspects, staff are helpful beyond measures, even the room service guy, Awad, he made sure we aren't missing anything. The food was very good, everything was tasty and brilliant. Everyone made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Az Albatros Sea World Marsa Alam – Families and Couples Only kertes szálláshelye fitneszközponttal, bárral és közös társalgóval várja vendégeit Marsa Alamban. Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

Offering an outdoor pool and a private beach, The Oasis is located in Marsa Alam City. Free WiFi access is available in public areas. I travelled there alone looking for diving adventures! It was absolutly amazing. The whole place feels like a gigant family! The dive guides and personal are awsome! I would 100% recommend it when you are looking for a diving adventures and perfer a more quite acommodation to a big hotel. It feels like the people there really put there heart in the hotel and diving center. Also since you will dive with the other people in the hotel together it is only a matter of a few dives and you will get to know them. It didn't take long and everyone knew everyone. Dinner is also a time were people talked a lot to each other. Side note, personaly one of the best features was that there is no Wifi in the rooms only in the main building. This allowed me to really go offline, leave my everyday stress behind, have an amzing sleep and enjoy the stay.

I will never forget this trip thanks to everyone that is working here 🙏🏼 we were able to snorkel and see different kinds of sea animals and corals just few steps from the beach 🥰 they are also quite careful and warning everyone to make sure that nobody ruin the corals or give food to the fishes.. also we had trip to dolphins house and we had wim with them (big thanks to the guys there that took care of everyone and made sure that we had good memories in videos and photos). The restaurant is good the chef was always careful to listen to people’s opinion about food and if they have something more they desire to have ! Rooms are so clean the housekeepers are always careful about minor details
