The waiting staff at all the restaurants were amazing, friendly, and very hospitable. The food was great. We also enjoyed the aqua park too apart from the other swimming pools. I wish I could stay longer!

Everything more than perfect. Excellent service, everyone of the staff is incredibly nice, helpful and attentive. They speak a lot of languages and they're always with a smile on their faces. Special mention to Mohammed (the guard of the child's water park). The food is very good, there're always bbq bites and a lot of different kinds and tasty dishes in general. The buffet is amazing. And of course, spectacular the views of the Red Sea and snorkeling on the coral reef right there in the private beach, beachfront pool, beach bar... Better than a 5 stars hotel so far.

We have been to quite a few countries and I won’t be exaggerating when I say this is by far our best hotel experience. The staff is what makes this place exceptional, their passion & attention to details are like no other. From Mr Ahmed the hotel manager to restaurants and room service staff, everyone is smiling and welcoming all the time! Mr Ahmed the manager is very professional & helpful. He was always available whenever we needed to make changes to our booking. Staff in main restaurant offered a top notch customer service, each time we walked into the restaurant, kids were greeted and offered special drinks. Also, I was amazed by how clean everything & everywhere was. Will definitely come back next time we visit Egypt. Top highlights: - Friendly Staff - Aqua park was loads of fun for adults & kids - Drinking water bottles available for free - Coffee 👌🏼💯 - Greenery - Nice beach - Well maintained facilities

What I like the most about this hotel is the service of a professional and friendly staff. A day prior to the arrival, Ahmed ElSehemy contacted me to confirm our stay and ask if there are any specific requests. He is very polite/efficient and professional. From the minute we arrived, we have been welcomed with a great service from each and every one in the hotel staff. Thank you. The staff takes every feedback seriously and their response is immediate to improve or accommodate the ask/feedback. This attitude reflects a strong hotel management. The food is exceptional (the best all inclusive I have ever had) and they offer plenty of options / cuisines (Egyptian, Western, Asian, Vegetarian, Italian…). Rooms are very good, spacious, and it gets deep cleaned thoroughly every day. Facilities are plenty , diverse and almost all is free - Tennis (with cost), Football court, billiards (with cost) , .. Pools are enormous and beautifully designed, and well maintained. Beach is a good spot for snorkeling but not the best place for swimming. Chapeau for this hotel to offer such amazing Service in that huge scale. I would be happy to come back to this hotel once more. Thanks again 👏

The Oasis er staðsett í Marsa Alam City og býður upp á útisundlaug og einkaströnd. Ókeypis WiFi er í boði á almenningssvæðum. Gistirýmið er með loftkælingu og svalir. Einnig er ísskápur til staðar. I travelled there alone looking for diving adventures! It was absolutly amazing. The whole place feels like a gigant family! The dive guides and personal are awsome! I would 100% recommend it when you are looking for a diving adventures and perfer a more quite acommodation to a big hotel. It feels like the people there really put there heart in the hotel and diving center. Also since you will dive with the other people in the hotel together it is only a matter of a few dives and you will get to know them. It didn't take long and everyone knew everyone. Dinner is also a time were people talked a lot to each other. Side note, personaly one of the best features was that there is no Wifi in the rooms only in the main building. This allowed me to really go offline, leave my everyday stress behind, have an amzing sleep and enjoy the stay.

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. Italian food and Egyptian service, a perfect combination for a little slice of paradise! Good service, considering every detail, and very friendly staff. Well appointed decorations, understated and elegant. Mostly Italian clientele, so nice and relaxed atmosphere.
