Abaton Island Resort & Spa is set on a stunning location in Hersonissos. We enjoyed our stay at Abaton. All staff was very friendly. The food was excellent, and the restaurant managers, Polina and Tonasis, left a lasting impression on us. The pool and beach area were very relaxing. For our first time in Greece, our expectations were surpassed, and we will be returning to Crete in the future.

The hotel looks really nice and has big rooms. The staff are great and help you with anything you need. It's right next to the sea with its own beach which is cool, and it’s on the nice side of the island. Plus, it’s only a five-minute walk to the city center. This hotel is excellent.

We practically didn’t leave the hotel so pure relaxation And stress free weekend — you can stroll by the beach and if you are up to an adventure walk on the other side of the gulf to experience a beach with sunbeds on the rocks ! Breakfast was “I didn’t know what to choose” —- too many options ! Fantastic sea view - the thalassa restaurant by the sea offers the best steak we have ever had — must try !
