This family-run estate spread across 20-acres offers accommodation in Masinagudi at the foothills of the Nilgiris. This is the best vacation my parents and I among the several we took in the last 5 years. The resort has a rustic charm to it, the grounds and room are well maintained. You get to see deers, wild boars and langur monkeys within the property. Tracy and Gibran helped us with all our trip planning and any special requests we had for our elderly parents during our stay. All the support staff were amazing and helpful in every way. Thank you Jungle Hut for the wonderful memories, will definitely visit again.

This eco-friendly hotel enjoys a scenic location between the Veera Chozha and Cauverey Rivers in Southern India's Tanjore District. Beautiful and serene property designed in the traditional style of Tamil architecture. The gardens are amazing and the peacocks add a colorful but noisy additional touch! The staff are very warm and friendly and quick to respond to requests. The food is also quite delicious - fresh organic fruit and veggies. They make the food only after you order so it takes a while but is worth the wait. We couldn’t try the Ayurvedic treatments as our schedule was very tight but as we plan to come back that’s ok. The quaint tea kadai was a lovely experience . We’d say this is a must stay place if you come to Kumbakonam!

After 3 weeks traveling in South India, this place is an oasis for the soul. The nature, the concept with the tents, the professional service - everything just fine and special. I stayed here for a day trip with no exceptions but than realized I could have booked for few more days. This house is completely amazing and chill. My girl friend really love this place. Mud blocks, natural finishing walls, nice pool, wonderful home made food. C19 safety measures followed... Well maintained property and its new and all at reasonable price. We would love to come back later nov. Pre-booked already :) for a week stay. The owner of the property is an passionate person.

The resort is located amidst tea garden and the view is just breathtaking. Although a bit far from the city this place is perfect place to rejuvenate yourself. The food prepared by Mr.Selva is great especially mutton biryani and pepper chicken and all the staffs including Govind and Arjun are always there for your assistance. We celebrated our 1st anniversary here and everyone put in a lot of effort to make it special.
