We got called in the afternoon, both on the phone and the door ring at the same time, asking if we were needing anything. Good customer service practice but woke us up from that power nap after a few mojitos on the pool.

Despite the pictures from Fujairah, the resort beach is great, clear and clean water. The facilities are great both in the beach (sunbeds and umbrella) and on the several pools. Nice staff offering chilled water every 20 or so. The pool bar staff is also a great team. Breakfast was delicious, high five to the team working on the poached eggs & smoked salmon station, delicious food: good variety and fast service. The seafood restaurant: food was ok, service was great. The room was clean, spacious, with nice bathroom. Frontdesk team was always smiling faces, very approachable.

F&B. I ordered Room Service. Club sandwich. It wasn't seasoned with any salt. Neither were the chips. Speaking of salt, they didn't bring any salt and pepper shakers with the meal. The breakfast buffet was at the best average. It certainly wasn't as good as what I thought it would be.

The service and staff. Absolutely top-notch. From the check-in staff to the rest of the waiters, bell boys, etc. Always friendly, cheerful, and polite. Definitely the highlight.

Incredible staycation. Loved every detail about the property. Very attentive housekeeping with Ishara and team taking care of the room, helpful Front Desk and great F&B team. Salia is superb: first class hospitality by Abdul and Evgeniy.

Our only dislikes are that not all the plug sockets work in the room or lobby (only realised when I had a meeting to attend and my battery was almost dead!) And the water temperature fluctuating was quite a challenge.! Lastly a nice to have would be perhaps some coverage for the car park?

From the moment we arrived until we left, we couldn't have been looked after better. Super informative, the attention to detail was almost magical! Valet parking crew, the reception team for the high floor, and extending our check out, the spa, the restaurant, both the buffet and al a carte were amazing. Big shout out to Abdul in Salia for making the night special and to Abdul in the main restaurant for our breakfast arrangement. Thank you all, we will return!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Address Fujairah, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm welcome from Tilini at the front desk, who efficiently checked us in. Abdulla, who graciously assisted us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Ahmad, the friendly Egyptian gentleman by the pool, was incredibly attentive, ensuring we stayed hydrated and offering exceptional hospitality. Also, I can't forget to mention Ajay, the waiter at the pool bar, who served us with a smile. Saroj, our housekeeping attendant, meticulously maintained our room, even going as far as to create a special bedroom setup that exceeded our expectations. Not to be overlooked are the wonderful ladies in the kids' playroom, whose names I unfortunately didn't catch. They were incredibly caring and attentive towards my son, making his stay truly enjoyable. Special mentions also go Intisar for her professionalism during our check-out process. Overall, our staycation at The Address Fujairah was nothing short of magical. Every member of the staff exuded hospitality, ensuring that our every need was met. This has undoubtedly been one of the best stay experiences we've ever had, and we can't wait to return.

The dining facilities are not equipped to have the hotel at full capacity. The last three days we spent at the hotel coincided with the end of Ramadan. It was carnage in the dining hall. Not a lot of dining options on top of it.

We loved it all to be fair. What could be added is a bit variety for dinners and a bit more activities for little ones. Kids club is there but would be amazing to have a few activities to keep little ones busy

We absolutely loved the vibe, the rooms, how tidy and comfy the rooms/ beds/ infrastructure is! Friendly staff! Proper heated pools which is huge for Dubai winters! Breakfasts , dinners were delicious! Lovely kids playground outside. Everything is compact and great for families!

The hotel is beautifully located with super view. Even tho its not the smallest hotel it feels cosy and easy ti access any facilities. The staff was really cute and helpful. Defiantly i would recommend it and surly we will be back!
