hotel holiday flew by quickly

It was an amazing experience, the hotel itself is cool, the little things are nice and the details in everything, everything is decorated in style. Made free early check-in, of course, free tickets for the whole family to any park. Breakfasts and dinner are excellent, typing a salad you see that each leaf is fresh. It's a pleasure. It's nice that the familiar cartoon characters approached every table and delighted the children and took pictures with them. Everything is very healthy, the pool is pleasant for both adults and children. The cinema is nearby. the room is clean and cozy, as well as a stylish frige, coffee machine and vintage phone create a unique charm. The child is satisfied, the adults are satisfied. Thank you

The kids club was sadly not exciting enough for our kids. The staff were very friendly and tried to celebrate our son's birthday along with a few others who were attending but the vibe of the room didn't have much for the kids.

The overall decor of the hotel catches your eye whether you are an adult or a child. It's a treat for all ages reminiscing down memory lane while creating new memories from seeing the characters we grew up with brought to the stage here. The hotel certainly lives up to the Curio By Hiton standard with attention to details. We were very happy with the Staff (special mention to Vaisa and Khalil for making our stay extraordinary and helping celebrate our son's 5th birthday. Vaisa went above and beyond to help coordinate with Ferrari world and give our son a birthday greeting at the park. Our room facing the WB park was I dare use the words "smashing" and "spectacular". The housekeeping team were able to apply bedding to the chase taking advantage of its depth to become a suitable sofa bed for my son. The pool is welcoming with families enjoying themselves. Both check in and check out were smooth

I wanted to book a spa treatment before i left in the morning and the staff only arrived at 11. I thought i would use the adult pool, whilst my son was in the kids club instead. This was also closed until 12 midday. They should re look at some of the times.

Excellent hotel, located right next to WB world. They have great restaurants and facilities. Love the characters for the photo opportunities.

The pictures shows that there’s a beach it’s very confusing.

Have free entrance to all parks, the staff is really friendly and helpful especially byaz green she’s amazing and she was the one who checked us in. Over all a very positive experience.

A fun and modern hotel. Fantastic facilities and only metres from the theme park. The stand out feature though was the service from all of the staff, from reception to restaurant to pool side.

The AC was directly pouring on the bed which was difficult to sleep because of it but its personal preference so overall is ok
