The only thing is that the signal for the TV was not available, No TV at all. And the water park had to much clorox.

Paying so much for parking when the price was already high for this hotel and it wasn’t a 3 star ⭐️ hotel. We didn’t see any lounge area in the lobby for you to sit.

We choose to skip breakfast at the hotel because their options was limited but instead went out to local spots there.

The carpet in our room had a bad odour. The lighting when drapes are closed is dim even with all lamps on.

Adding an extra night was a little complicated. Wasn't able to book directly at the hotel and had to book online and connect to not have to change rooms.

Very family friendly, I didn't have to worry about my children being to much like children. The atrium was a nice space to get away while the kids were sleeping but still be able to monitor closely. The proximity to the water park and falls was great.

I paid over $900 for a two night stay at this hotel. The hotel without they did, musty and my allergies exploded in the room. The bathroom is so small and you continuously had to watch your step because it was risen. It just wasn’t worth it for the price we paid. I wish I didn’t stay here.

Some clients at the hotel were smoking too close to the reception area. Smoking should be allowed at designated zones far away from public spaces.

The downtown location gave my family access to favorite food outlets. Proximity to the Waterpark was so convenient for the kids.

The staff were rude. And we had a noise issue with an upstairs neighbour that we called the front desk about but that only got worse after we called it in.

The room cleaning was not very good. There were dirty socks and hair when we first entered. The coffee machine was also dirty.

The rooms are ok but not that updated. Floors are really creaky. Could be cleaner. Curtains are filthy. Shower temperature didn’t get warm enough to take a shower after coming back from water park on the second day. We liked the movie night however, movies could be rotated better. We had to watch 3 ice age movies during our 3 night stay and would have preferred more of a variety.

The toilets were too low. I have bad legs and it made getting up difficult. The mattresses were hit and miss. They were old. My husband’s kind of sunk in the middle when he laid in it and every time he moved it squeaked. Mine was okay.

It was nice. It was near all entertainment. It is very family oriented. Loved the water park.

Water park not open early enough ! For hotel guest !! No washer dryer on site to dry pool clothing after swim for nexted day !! Room price for 7 and had to purchase extra tickets only received 4 for room Not expecting that extra cost !!!!

When I arrived, the receptionist did not know how to check my reservation properly and told me that it had not been paid for. They left me waiting confused until a manager Ian To apologize if you say that the reservations were paid

I only liked the access to the water park and the water park the hotel facilities are a little run down and old
