The staff here were exceptionally helpful. They ensured that after a long and difficult journey the kitchen stayed open to feed me and were quick, friendly and efficient when I needed to get away early the next day. Food was good and reasonably priced. The room was beautifully appointed but most of all there were exceptional small touches with everything from a shoe cleaning cloth to a face mask available to ensure I had everything I required - and some! Wish I could have stayed longer.

Maybe a 7am start for breakfast rather than 7.30am but that would be really nit-picking as the staff were exceptionally accommodating.

The large nicely decorated apartment is new and very clean. There is a balcony and free parking. Under floor heating, lots of storage place, early check in was allowed. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. A quiet residential area.

The shower holder was loose so the shower did not stay in place. Both dining room chairs were unstable. The WI-FI was weak and did not work in the bedrooms. The double bed was small. The rates a re little high but normal for Oxford. A car is needed as there is nothing within walking distance from the apartment. When guests are in the apartment below, one can hear everything. The last night I stayed, a family with kids arrived and their kids were screaming all the time they were there.

We loved the features of the apartment, it was very comfortable and had all we needed for one night. Very close to the shops! Mezzanine bed was very comfortable and nice linens and toiletries provided.

Beds were comfy, good location with close bus stops. Large bedrooms. 20 minute walk to a supermarket with closer convenience shops. Host quickly replaced glasses that were not available.

2 seater chair and 2 fold down chairs are provided for a six bed property. The sofa is not the same as the advert. After a long day, this was not relaxing. Wobbly coffee table. Very basic kitchen utensils provided which is inconvenient for longer stays. House smelt like previous lodgers had been smoking. Blankets smelt of animals and had not been washed. House alarm was constantly pipping as there was no battery in it, asked the host to replace this but they didn't.
