This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Everything is perfect here! Clean, modern, comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking. Comfortable bed, white linen, large shower with shampoos. And the terrace is just a bomb! It's 500-800 metres from the beach and the centre, but it's quiet and peaceful in the evening. Very close to a large shopping centre and the main street with restaurants. Parking in the house under cover and 4 bikes for walks were provided free of charge by the owner, who was always in touch and very attentive. A bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival. Very nice! I recommend it!!!

From the moment we arrived by water taxi to the time we left by water taxi we had a wonderful time. We were met and greeted by a lovely receptionist who also happened to be there to say goodbye when we left to move onto the main Island We had a suite on the first floor which was fantastic. Our view from the windows looked over to the Lagoon Grand Canel. Breakfast was included and their was plenty to choose from. One evening we had a meal in house and sat outside overlooking the water. All the staff were great and very attentive. My husband and I would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to you all.

Not a bad apartment for one night. The room is attic, which is not entirely convenient. The bed is comfortable. The bed and towels are snow-white. It was not difficult to find. we were met by the owner. The nearest restaurant can only be reached by car, the centre is far away. There is nowhere to walk in the city. The breakfast was great.

There was a bug in the bed that bit me and the wound hasn't healed for more than a month.

Short walk from the main train station, comfortable Rooms with a mini fridge, and beautiful rooftop with an amazing view over Florence. A 5 minute walk to the duomo and only one street from the Academia gallery.

The room is very comfortable. The bed is great and there is a nice work area. Lovely decoration, nice lighting, nice view and perfect WiFi. Also has a fridge, kettle and coffee machine so well equipped!

Little problems... The entry is very complicated. I had a few issues in my room, broken door handle, electricity problem, water all over the floor from the shower. There is no one physically there to help. It is all via WhatsApp.

The location was very central, and the space was well presented with modern furniture and fittings. It was clean. The wooden ceiling and traditional windows and shutters gave a great sense of place.

It is in the middle of a buzzy street, with businesses and garbage collections, tourists and shops. Ear plugs are a good idea. On balance, I was happy with the location and accepted the noise as part of this. There is a waste sorting and disposal system in Florence, which could have been explained in precise detail. According to the local authorities, waste disposal is the apartment owners responsibility, but we would have been happy to do more with better information. We only had cold water for the last 19 hours and it wasn't apparent how we should heat the water. The apartment was on the second floor with no lift. It's a great apartment, but these issues might present problems for some guests.

Near private beach, good coffe from bar, balcony in the room, hotel is good for little childrens.

In the room you can hear what the neighbors are doing, the bed is uncomfortable, you can hear children crying at night and it's hard to fall asleep, hotel need renovation (restorante, bar and other).
