I was not able to use self check-in electronic system and still had to stay in a queue for reception.

It is only one parking away from the airport. The capacity of the hotel is huge. Despite the number of people, the hotel still offers fine 3-star comfort without compromises.

Quite spartan furnishings, which may be the Danish style. No tea/coffee facilities in the room..

The shower was a little confusing and water went everywhere although there was glass between the shower and toilet. That the beds were separated although I paid for a room with one queen bed. The breakfast was rather pricey, but it was very delicious.

The duvets were amazingly comfortable. The shower looked really modern. The view to the water past the airport was amazing. The lights were dimmable. There was a bag available for people to donate shirts they didn't want anymore, and I think that was a fantastic extra.

I would have liked a mini-fridge, but there wasn't anything I disliked about the hotel. There is no closet or chest of drawers, but we left out suitcases with the airline, so it didn't matter.

It's very convenient. You walk from the terminal and never go outside. It is fairly expensive, but if you're doing a layover at the airport, the convenience is worth it. The beds are comfortable and the room was quiet despite being next to a busy airport.

You did not allow early check in despite request. I have stayed twice in last 2 weeks. I have checked out early. Why can’t you allow the curtesy of early check in on request. Not very helpful. On top of this you asked for more charges. You are not doing a favor. Next time will not choose this hotel brand anywhere globally

Would greatly appreciate if there was air conditioning in each individual room cause at some point we were very hot, we called the front desk and was told that there was nothing they could do since they had a central system.

Nice big room, the bunk beds with different sizes were a top notch! Very clean with very friendly staff. Our room had the breakfast included, what an awesome selection!! The hotel is located inside the airport which makes it very convenient.

It’s very confusing to find as it is “hiding” behind Clarion hotel. My bottle with shampoo/body wash was empty, and I found it out when started my shower.

The original twin room was tiny & difficult to be in.

Our room was clean & comfortable. But we paid an extra €15 to upgrade from a super tiny room.

The elevator should have stopped at 3rd floor, (gym) but somehow I did not manage to get there with the elevator! So, used the stairs (and which I should be able to, as I was going to the gym!) The sink in my room (237) was not draining properly!

Location of the hotel was super for the day after train trip. The gym was really good. The breakfast had good vegan variations. The room was cozy.

I paid extra for tea and coffee facilities in our room, I.e. DK150. When I arrived I found only a kettle in the room. No tea, coffee, milk or even cups. Not sure how the hotel justifies a charge like that for providing so little.

Found rooms sterile- too minimalist/dark decor for my taste. Hotel policy not to have kettles/minibar in room.

Great location- easy access to train, metro & airport. Really nice breakfast- lots of options Comfy bed & lots charging points.
