It was late in the season, so the beach was very dirty with washed up seaweed. The TV was a nightmare to work out how it worked and there was nothing to watch on it. We pointed this out and somebody offered to help, but then did not turn up. We have a young child who need to go to bed early so the TV would be nice for three adults. The kettle didn’t work most of the time. On the Monday of our stay, there was no hot water. would recommend for people to go in the season but not at the end of the season as late as October. That was our fault.

The location was fantastic and it was great for children.

It was perfectly fine . Comfy beds and plenty of space . An extra bed/towel change would have been nice as it was just once a week . Maybe a spare toilet roll ? Not any complaints at all .

Cala D'Or is a great family holiday option and whilst not a criticism of Playa Marina Aptmts, the area is a little hilly and walking into town will require some effort every night you want to walk into the centre of Cala D'Or, the marina is a further 3/4 mile walk but well worth the effort.

The apartment we had was ideal for my family a perfect location with balcony facing the beautiful cove of Cala Ferrera. Juan was very attentive to any queries I had , a really pleasant guy to deal with. With the cafe bar directly below the apartments - staff were all hard working and genuinely seemed to like working there- you aren't far away from great food and drink after a day on the beach.

The smell like urine around toilet.. nothing else

Location! Is perfect just on the beach and walk few steps to the sea and Beautiful view from balcony. Really easy walk and reach another beach, Cala Esmeralda, Cala serena, Cala gran and cal D’or. Close to many shops and restaurants, only few minutes walk to main walking street. Perfect for family with children.

The staff there were amazing. Antonio reached out to me before I arrived even gave me advice on getting there from Can Picafort where we were staying. Juan (another manager) met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and the keys he was amazing throughout. You couldn't want more from the property without the price shooting up. We had steps that led directly to the beach, walking distance to other beaches, shops, paddle hire, restaurants... Everything you need really.

The only slight issue was it can be noisy, construction work going on at the moment in another hotel.

Amazing location, very comfortable beds, plenty of tv channels for rainy days, well equipped kitchen, loads of space and storage. The amazing view speaks for itself.

The view from the appartement is stunning, the location is amazing with Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena, the pedestrian streets of Cala d'or. The appartement is very confortable with 2 bedrooms and the lounge with its 2 sofas. Everything is there for you to have a great time. If our son was a tiny bit older he could have played on the beach and we could have watched him from the balcony ! Highly recommended with kids !

The smell inside could be better like or air re-Freshener should be available for guests. The mattresses was too soft but it may be up to person. The windows in bedrooms were exposed to facility corridor.
