It was April and not warm in the chalet. The shower did not work but did not discover that until one hour before our departure. The connection to WiFi could only be established in the reception area, not in the chalet. However, once established it stayed connected. A strange problem.

I could imagine it is nice in warm weather. We chose the location for a one night stay en route to South France but in April. So we could not eat outside on the terrace and enjoy the nice view over the lake.

Small rooms, little stink in toilet

The restaurant was the best :) We stayed one night because we were travelling to the Alps, which was as we expected. The staff was great and helpful, and it was affordable. The kids slept well, and breakfast was great In the summer it might be more sociable because of the big lake and all the activities around it.

Quiet and pleasant stop over. Friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Clean and tidy lodge. Nice grounds, would be beautiful if the weather was nicer but that’s not their fault. I would recommend to stay here.

We booked a 3-bedroom bungalow but we got a 2-bedroom bungalow because we were with 4 people. The bungalow itself is nice but the beds and pillows aren't comfortable. Als the smell in some parts of the bungalow wasn't very nice.

The location vs the Rugby stadium. Very nice located at a lake with beautifull views.

once accepting it was on a Touring Park it was fine and convenient to get back on Autoroute

perfect for overnight stop with stunning views of Lake. room (Chalet) was quite Quirky but absolutely fine. restaurant bar area very large with beautiful views across Lake. also good entertainment.

The grounds were a mess. Weeds everywhere and the what was left of the lawns was well and truley unkept. The biggest issue is that they wanted a 200 EURO deposit on credit card, as a safe guard from damage, which was more than we paid for the nights accomadation including breakfast. As we were cycling, and being a Sunday, we had little option but to pay up. Then we are told the money would not be freed up for three weeks. On top of that, they had issues with their card reader, and ended taking 400 EURO from us on two different credit cards, not to be seen for three weeks, so they say. Well i am sorry, but giving up 400 EURO for three weeks, if we see it at all, is beyond a joke. As an Australian, i find this a bit rich, and they seem to deny any responsibility or assurance we will ever see or money again. If nothing happens i will be writing to the French Embassy in Australia outlining my disgust, and seking their assistance.

The cabin was very large and roomy with high ceilings. The full size fridge was great and the airconditioning outstanding. The bed was comfortable and provision of a washing machine with large clothes dryer rack was a real plus. The location was very secure and we felt safe eith our wo bicyc Regards A les.

Restaurant service is lousy. Supposedly we had to wait for an hour.when asking about situation after 1.15 we were told indeed strange and they would check. After 10 min asked again, only to hear they were full and could serve anymore.

breakfast was very poor. A place with such great location and high standard in their room, I expected a much more better breakfast. There was no variety in the breakfast, no service, and for next time definitely I won't pay for my breakfast. It was a loss of money frankly. And if I was staying more than one night, I would definitely as for a refund for the breakfast paid money.

Location was prefect, lake was meters away from me. Room was super clean and comfortable. Price was excellent compared to hotels around and the quality they served. Very calm and relaxing, perfect spot for a relaxing weekend, or maybe for a spot if you're headed to some other place. Reception lady was very kind and informative.

Primarily a motorists hotel. Not a lot of outside options for food / pharmacy, or restaurants close by. ... It was about a 20-25 minute walk one way to get to these options... Easy by car

On the day I arrived I reported there was no hot water in the shower. The next day was still not fixed so I reported it again. A maintenance man came and said sorry he would have to purchase a new shower Valve and he would come the next day. The next day a lunch time he came and fixed it. So for three of the days we where there we had no shower.

The area is a good place for getting around.
