The staff is so nice and helpful. The room comfy and clean. Location is prime, I mean really prime. In this price range, you can’t wish for a better spot.

The entrance was hard to find amid the shop openings. The stairs were daunting at both entrances. It was noisy of course with all the late night restaurants below the balcony. .

The spot was perfect overlooking the water. A handy mosquito screen was by the balcony. Nice cups and kettle for coffee. Shower was nice with hot water.Stavros greeted me graciously.

We were there when the Old Town was busy. Our room, with the great view, also overlooked the busy restaurant area which was very noisy late into the night. Luckily, the windows and shutters block the noise when they are completely closed.

The host is very nice and helpful. The room is lovely and the view is great. Location is right on the waterfront in the Old Town.

Because it's right above the main street with bars it can be a bit loud until late.

The room I stayed at didn't have a window showing outside but the inner part of the hotel. I know that might be related to the most economical option I have chosen. It is just better to have a window in order to let the fresh air coming in, not necessarily an amazing view :)

Very friendly, helpful owners. A nice cozy room overlooking the beach, with a balcony. Restaurants and bars right at the bottom of your stairs.

Only drawback is they close the street in front of the hotel into a pedestrian walkway from 7pm to 1 am, the music from restaurants can be very loud if you have a sea view room.

The apartment was spotless, which was a big plus for me. Due to our infirmities we found the stairs challenging and the parking in Rethymo is difficult to find. This is a factor which would apply to any accommodation within Rethymo.

Stelios and his staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is ideal for both the beachfront and exploring the Old Town.

Excellent place for our summer holiday in Rethymno. Nice big room with high ceiling and a small balcony overlooking the old town, just perfect to have your morning coffee. The room and bathroom were spotless and the beds were extra comfy. The place is perfectly located at the edge of the old town just a quick walk from the beach. The host is very nice and helpful, he took care of us as if we were part of the family. Next time I visit Rethymno I wouldn't even hesitate to stay here again!
