The tiny details that could be avoided with little extra attention. The baby pool was full of sand I have no idea how have gotten into regarding there is no sand anywhere around. The wellness is really nice but the finn sauna might need some renovation as it had questionable paint repairments which I doubt healty to breath in on 100 C degree and the wooden bench might need a renovation so you do not hurt yourself. The no-care waitresses at the restaurant who have stood for 5 minutes looking onto our eyes while we were waiting to clean the tables after another guest. Finally they have chosen to clean a much dirtier table so we waited to sit for about 10 minutes to get a table. Even after the table was no clean and we have seen other guest to clean gor themself the tables. No information provided at check in or before drive in that the underground garage is 1000 HUF per day.

Overall it is a nice place to stay for a couple of days. The rooms are really clean and well-equipped, facilities are great considering the indoor wellness and playroom and the bar, the serives are well-organized and the staff at the reception are really professional.

Despite letting them know a month in advance, informing them on check-in and saying it in the restaurant that I was paying extra for a special meal (vegetarian), for 3 out of the first 4 nights of our stay I was just given cheese. This did change when I sent a message about it, there was even a "vegan night". I was told that they wouldn't charge me the additional special meal cost because of this but on check out I was actually charged for it. Apart from the vegan night, there are no vegetarian options in the buffet (there was usually chips or rice and a salad bar but no mains) so if you are vegetarian you will have to pay the extra if you want to eat. The restaurant at times can also be very busy, sometimes we would go over and there were no tables so we would have to go and try again later. This was true for breakfast and dinner. One day we went for breakfast at 9.30 (it is served until 10) and they had already put away the milk and were in the process of putting away the cereal even though there was half an hour left. Most mornings there was a shortage of glasses for juice and cups for tea/coffee. They would be replaced but not immediately so often there was just none available. Generally the restaurant staff were great though, constantly clearing plates etc and cleaning tables, quickly setting them up again for other guests. There are three sauna rooms but they are quite small and only for very few people at a time and one day we were there, one was not operational. The jacuzzi in the main pool area is quite big but it can be very busy and on every occasion I was in it, children were swimming in it (which meant splashing everyone in the face), wearing snorkels and pretending to snorkel in the water and once, a family even had their child in a large inflatable ring that, with the jet flow, was going all around the jacuzzi that other people were trying to relax in.

Very big room with lots of storage space. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast options and a lot dinner options for non-vegetarians, better option for me (vegetarian) for the second half of our stay. Garden terrace with jacuzzi was lovely and quieter than indoor jacuzzi/pool area. Good facilities - gym, pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzis, bars. Good location, quiet area but only a 20 minute walk to lake, beach and main bars/restaurant area. Near the train station. Supermarket just across the road and others within walking distance. Staff were all very nice and helpful and special thanks to Packsi in the restaurant who was very helpful with getting vegetarian options for me. Very good value and I would recommend it.

There wasnt any fruit at breakfast, it was only for dinner. The saunas disappointed us. I don't understand why it's not forbidden to stay in a swimsuit inside the sauna, it's unhealthy and that's why we didn't even go to the sauna. It's a shame, I was looking forward to a relax in sauna. There was also not possible to sit in the wellness around the pool, because some of hotel guests ,,reserved,, seats around the pool themselves with their towels or other things although they were actually not in wellness area. The bed mattress in room was a bit soft.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 15-month-old daughter. The children's room was well equipped and spacious. The food was excellent, we ate too much. We appreciate children's bowls, cutlery or ready-made children's food in glass. The pool was pleasant. The saunas disappointed us. The room was nice, clean, spacious. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay.

Quieter room would have been nice but was not a major problem. Clearly it was a family hotel and families were enjoying the facilities.

We were there in February and having the Christmas decorations in the lobby like in December, I find inappropriate. The smell of water and steam is very heavy all around. Maybe it doesn't bother when spending some time for Spa but for guests in transit it is disturbing.

The large terrace in front of the room is great for summer. Having the playing room for kids just next to the bar is great for parents with children. Very wise solution :-) Great breakfast and quite diverse.

For a 4-star hotel in a tourist center, it is unacceptable that all instructions, notices, signposts, etc. are only in Hungarian. At least there is no English anywhere in the room, not even in the elevator....all the safety instructions are in Hungarian. In the restaurant, all dishes are marked with Hungarian text....who knows what I ate....

The hotel is pleasant, friendly, clean. The food isn't bad either... The receptionist lady is slow and boring.

The booking said my room had a balcony (I also specifically requested it) but I didn't get it. Also no coffee or tea in the room. Wellness area was overcrowded (full of kids). Was hard to get a table for breakfast/dinner. Food was mediocre. Parking was also an issue (very narrow garage with limited parking spaces).

The lobby is not that bad. The receptionist was nice.

Foreigh language knowledge very bad. Not many employee were able to speak german or english. Room by check-in dirty, bathroom not cleaned properly. Dinner: When you come to the restaurant there is nobody to provide you with information which table is clean and not occupied. You just simply stay there and wait and be ignored by the waiters. No menus on the table. Waiters are very busy entertaining themselves... in two evenings, I wasn't able to order any drinks by the dinner. Simply nobody asked.. Food was on a level of cheap Cantine... Breakfast: at 7:20 there was a loud Techno music coming from the kitchen like it would be 3 o'clock in the night.. Spa: I asked for a fresh small towel for the Sauna. Unfortunately, I didn't get it... Children's jumping in the water even when it's not allowed.. SPA personal busy with their mobile phones instead of taking care about the rules and the guests. As I am working in hospitality, this is my first complain on the portal. Normally, the stuff should be trained to ask by check out if everything was fine, but by me it didn't happen.. Far under the criteria of 4 stars... For these reasons I wouldn't recommend this hotel to guests who need services of a 4* hotel. Maximum 3 star hotel. I always say that "the fish stinks from its head" so maybe Hotel Director and Department heads get to work and take over the hotel... Many of my comments were already addressed in the reviews before my stay.. Auf Deutsch gesagt... "Es gibt viel Luft nach oben... "
