The food - Breakfast /dinners /trucks all very nice but needs improvement on taste. We ended up not eating very much during.our stay..

Our suite was amazing .. Really dont need to leave the room. Service was very nice and communication was great. Overall had a very nice and calming stay.

Jacuzzis temperature could have been a bit warmer in the chilly evening. blue shower gel was a bit too blue for my liking. the checkout at 11:00 was a bit early for us. 13:00 would have been better

We would be very happy if the prices were lowered, we wanted to come again but very expensive.

It was a dream, a very luxurious, huge, very clean suite with a pool and jacuzzi. Very antimytic atmosphere, quiet and calm. Just a pleasure and fun. Perfect food, very tasty and plentiful.

The room's outdoor pool wasn't warm enough to enjoy in the evening. Some of the food trucks were not working in the second day. There was some confusion about where are the activities, when each facility is open, and what food trucks will be available. hoping they could provide a pamphlet for the guests with operating hours for each activity, facility and list of the food trucks and what they serve.

This is an amazing place with everything a couple would need to have a great time. The room had a private garden with hot tub outside (jacuzzi), and a pool with warm water, with nice view of nature. (aquamarine room) The room had a king size bed, coffee maker, mini bar with free soda, water, and beer... The three indoor pools are wonderful with various streams and open from 9:00 to 21:00, and the outside pool is heated. From 11 am to 7 pm there are food trucks with free juice, beer, water. Also some food that will keep you satisfied until dinner There are some activities... Free and fun. Can't say much on the spa or the personal massage (didn't use it) After checkout we were allowed to stay and enjoy the facilities until 17:00, which is great! Overall a wonderful experience for a couple that just want to enjoy a quiet time.

- the cleanness at the food trucks area, wasn’t so good. - some of the employees looked like the suffer from their job or were unpleasant. - because of the daily fun cheap deals they have, it can attract population less suitable and noisy.

very close to the center of Israel, no need to drive far. quiet and peaceful location hotel inner pools with water jets were fun our suite was the best one in the hotel with privet pool, large garden and open views, so good you don't need to leave the room

we closed one night to celebrate a bd. The price was very high for what we were going to get…. - first of all, rooms wasn’t very clean, we had all sorts of bugs but the pick point was a huge cockroach at night!!!! 🤢 the pool have a broken floor which we stepped on bearfit. - meals- poor and not tasty. - also the massage was kind bad overall very disappointing experience, for the Huge price we paid!!!!! decently not coming back

We booked a suite with a private jacuzzi, but its heating system did not work. Despite contacting the reception office several times, the service person they sent couldn't resolve the issue. Each time he offered a different reason, once even blaming us for covering the motors. After hours of attempts late at night, we gave up on turning on the hot tub, leaving us very upset. During check-out, the receptionist referred us to two different managers, who seemed disinterested in addressing the depth of the problem and our disappointment. They mentioned that customer relations would contact us at the beginning of the upcoming week, but as of now, no one has. The lack of follow-up has only heightened our frustration and disappointment with the overall experience. Today we tried to reach them out, although once again they told us they would call us back but that didn't happen…
