Perfect location, clean room and very handy equipments such as washing machine, microwave and refrigerator. The entire building was quiet and nice. Others that are staying there are respectable. We loved our stay.

nothing tbh. maybe the trash disposal is a little confusing, unsure what is the appropriate way to do it but that is japan. would prefer to stay on higher floors. been their three times and i have been living on 3 or 4th floors.

Amazing apartments, even with a small balcony. Self check in. Google maps can lead you to the wrong side of the building. Just go around, and you’ll find an entrance.

Great location, great room, great personnel. We have forgot significant amount of cash in one of our previous hotels, which was sent here subsequently. And even though there is no receptionist in the building, the staff helped us as much as they could to receive the delivery. Eventually, it all worked out, and we are very grateful!

They only provided 1 blanket for the 2 of us. When we asked for an extra blanket (as we do not share blankets, just really uncomfortable for us) they first said they would charge extra for that (!) and then changed their answer to just no. So we went and bought a blanket, sincr otherwise we would be very uncomfortable. Very disappointing.

I loved the apartment itself - it was new and had (almost) everything we needed. The location is not bad, walking distance to Ningyocho station and to many restaurents and bars.

1. Very small trash cans, so we had to put trash in our own bags. It would be better to put bigger trash cans for sorting garbage. 2. There were only one towels for the entire stay, but we were prepared for this and used them carefully, so we had enough of them and it wasn't problem for us. But this can be a problem for families with small children, so be aware

Very nice and comfortable stay! Apartment is quite big comparing to hotel rooms and has everything you need. Moreover, you can find little tips in English explaining how to use some electronic staff so we didn't met any difficulties during living in the apartment. Check-in is fully digital w/o connection to servants, but it is very easy because you get full instruction on your e-mail how to find a building, your room, etc. Neighborhood is quite and awesome with streets covered by sakura trees. There are 7/11 and FamilyMart near the apartment and Starbucks on the way to subway. Also a huge range of local restaurants/cafe/izakayas where you can eat and drink. Highly recommend!

Maybe a few more translations of gadget workings near the gadget and not in the file. One more chair needed in the apartment. Thorough cleaning of carpets and runners needed after every stay. Seeing as they're newly renovated, keep on top of any cosmetic faults.

Good location near subway, supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Had everything you needed (maybe a new pan?). Quick replies from staff.

There was a strange lingering smell at the beginning of the stay, but we solved it by keeping the windows open.

Great location in Nihonbashi and walking distance from Ginza, plenty of nice places to eat all around and lovely old-style shops. The apartment was large and perfect for packing our 2 large + 2 small suitcases. We really appreciated having a washing machine and a drying room. Nice warm shower, Japanese stile toilet and loads of storage. We will definitely come back next tie we are in Tokyo!

The only thing that was a bit tricky was figuring out how to get hot water flowing in the shower (you have to "activate" the panel embedded to the wall before the flow of water heats up). But that was a minor inconvenience.

The room was tidy and the staff communicated well through the booking.com app. Location is really convenient. Calm area, but also rather close to the nearest subway entrance. I recommend everyone to try the nearby Dawn Avatar Robot cafe.

The smell - I have not figured out where it comes from, but the second you walk in the room from the public area, there is a smell of… I don’t know, it’s not sewage, not mold, most likely armpit odor. It is bearable, but lingered for 11 days, despite of very good ventilation system in the room - there are at least three ventilating fans and a powerful kitchen ventilator, the balcony has a sliding door, and two ventilation holes on the wall. Also I know a lot of people complained about the strong fragrance-it’s no big deal-just close the cap of the cone shaped boxes that you find everywhere in the room and hallway. The carpet under the bed - it’s totally unnecessary. The carpet collects dusts, and is very slippery, creating a trip hazard. The fake plant - yes, it adds some green to the room, but it also collects dusts and occupies valuable space. The bed sheet on the mattress is kind of worn out.
