The room, shower handle kept falling off, toilet always running hard to flush, fridge warm, only one robe. Walk in booking was very difficult at gate and booking.com process. Food was poor quality, really had to select foods that would be safe to eat, had stomach issues, bar tenders very rude, except Cero. Sports bar very Loud and menu limited for healthy food choice,

Overall staff service wasn’t great at the bars and restaurants, they were actually quite rude on some occasions and the service is slow (which is even more disappointing as we constantly tipped). Food overall was very average which was slightly disappointing for the price you pay.

The property was very clean and some of the staff were very friendly. The beach was well maintained and it was fairly quiet during our stay (third week of April).

The only thing I wouldn't rate as 10/10 is the food. It was good and perfectly adequate, but I didn't think it was exceptional. Though do understand how hard it is to feed so many people all day every day. The food at the Chill Out restaurant was quite good, but was not included in the all-inclusive package.

The grounds / landscaping was gorgeous. I also liked the main square and the bungalows over the pools near the entrance. The bungalows were a great place to have coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. I also really liked the swimming pools - the water temperature was perfect. Everyone was super nice and friendly and there were plenty of activities that you could take advantage of. Our room / bathroom was spacious and clean. The view of the ocean from the beach was gorgeous.

The access to the Platinun beach is a mess. Most people come and go and do think they own the spot they have chosen. They leave their towels on the spot, and come back any time thinking they own the spots. I have been physically and verbally hurt by a couple who pretended that they owned THAT spot. Sad. The Management of the hotel must explain travelers and residents that those sports are free access to platinum members and no spot can be pre/booked!!!

Main thing we disliked significantly was that by the time we checked in, all restaurants were fully booked for the 4 nights we stayed! We had to eat at the buffets all the time.

According to booking, the rooms with pool were only supposed to be for +13 years old. (Deluxe Junior Suite with Pool Access). However, some of the rooms were occupied by families who seemed to have children under 13.

The shuttle takes more than 30 Minutes to pass. So you need to wait to move from one side to another or you need to walk long distance because the hotel is so big.

The facilities are excellent. There are a lot of restaurants and pools. There are a lot of activities that you can do whit your family.

The shuttle takes a long time to pass. You need to wait around 30 min to move from one place to another. The elevators at the lobby are very far from the restaurants. If you want to access to the jacuzzi you need to pay at the sauna, but if you do it you won’t regret it.

The facilities are great and there are a lot of restaurants that offered excellent food. They have a lot of activities that you can do for all ages.

Upselling for everything and even when you "upgrade" to Platinum, they still charge you (ALOT) for things they said would be included if you "upgraded" to the Platinum. Food was lukewarm everywhere, not just the buffets.

The coatis!!! On day one you're like "aww, they're cute", day two you're like "okay please leave me alone" and by day 3 you're like "Eff off!!!!". They broke into our room twice, even though we had the doors closed and we were on the 3rd floor. You couldn't set your drink down for a second or it would come to steal it. You couldn't pack a banana in your backpack for the beach or they would drag your entire bag into the forest, we saw it happen. There were times when I couldn't relax because they were hopping onto my lounger trying to get stuff. I honestly don't know if I'd return to this resort because they just suck. I really wouldn't get a swim up room because you can't even use it since if the door is unlocked the coatis can get in, it defeats the purpose.

Lots of great stuff at this resort, we found the food always very good (unless you went to the buffet a little too late), the drinks tasty, the beach beautiful, and while beach chairs ran out quickly, there was always pool chairs. The staff were nice and we enjoyed hanging out in the sports bar at night or sitting in the courtyard. It's a huge resort but honestly I enjoyed walking, it helps break up the day and it never felt super overcrowded. I'm a vegetarian and I always had enough to eat, but it would be nice if the hamburger station had a veggie burger. The room was good, air-con worked well and it was always clean when we got back. Overall not a lot of complaints, just one, those dang coatis!

The reception staff were not very helpful with some issues I had checking in, it took 3 hours to check in and when I finally did they had given me a lesser room then what I had paid for, they ended up moving me to a different room the next day but there was no offer of compensation for the night before.

The resort was very large and beautiful, there was lots to do and great entertainment. The restaurants had great variety!

Hard to book dinner reservations. Concierge was a seemed annoyed when trying to book dinner reservations. In room description it said they had washer and dryer although no rooms have this. Only one elevator in this big resort. Floors in bathroom and room pretty slippery when wet.

The resort was beautiful. Housekeeping excellent! Staff for the most part super friendly. Loved the amount of room you can walk around see animals. Not all eating facilities were open, but food in restaurant was yummy the buffet had decent food.

It got quiet at about 5-6pm and you had to go to the restaurants or couple of bars to get food or drinks. The rest of the grounds including the pools were empty.

Only wish you could access your room with a keycard from the pool or that they would have staff coming for orders to the pool off the rooms.

We loved the swim out from our room! It was great! The food was good and the staff was friendly. We look forward to coming back again soon.
