The resort was right in beach, not too big, has a very cozy feel. Close to many other attractions if needed. Wonderful buffet breakfast!

Happy hour drinks had barely any alcohol in them & the staff at the restaurants near the largest pool were not very attentive. Gad to go looking for staff, they do not come to you very frequently or with much motivation.

The buildings and bathrooms ensuite in particular are a bit dated but the value for price is amazing, as is the proximity and access to a swimable beach. Love that the buildings are no higher than 6 stories so you can see the sky and do not feel caged in or towered over. Relaxing, laid back atmosphere.

I would say the time of booking was important. We arrived two days before end of Mexican Easter holiday and property was full with families and difficult to get sun chairs. Exceptional though and not the norm. After that although property was busy we never had issues with sun chairs.

This property was kept so clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location fab as can have a pool or beach vacation.

WISH THEY HAD MORE VARIETY WHEN YOU HAVE ALL INCLUSIVE, JAPANESES, MEXICAN, ITALIAN, WHEN UR THERE FOR 6 DAYS ?? ALSO BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS THE SAME ALL WEEK NO BREAKFAST MEATS , SAUSAGE, BACON, HAM ETC

Drinks were very watered down and expensive. Hot tub for adults only… none for older kids…a bummer for our 13 year old. Check in was totally inefficient and took over an hour… an annoying and exhausting way to begin a vacation after a long plane ride.

Pool areas get staked out by people real early who leave thier towels and a couple of items on the lounge chairs and then leave and come back later. We never got there early enough to enjoy the pools but the beach had more chairs and some were usually available later in the morning. We were in the building near the entry and there were some large groups of partiers who came back around 2 AM and were drunk and yelling and hanging out in the lobby. It went on far too long and woke us up every night.

Nice beach and location is near shopping and some good restaurants a short walk away. We had a car which was convenient for us but there are always taxis waiting to take you wherever you want to go. Staff are friendly and eager to help with whatever you need.

Restaurant prices are out of line and compared to other restaurants in the area very pricey. Dealing with IVAN

We had breakfast included and the Breakfast buffet was excellent. Service was outstanding during breakfast. I asked to be moved from my original room overlooking the parking lot to a room with ocean view. The Front office Manager on duty on Saturday (IVAN) told me straight out NO WAY. I have another room, but I am not moving you. Period. The next morning, I spoke with the morning Manager (JOSE) and he wanted to was able to change our room to an ocean view, but not until Tuesday, which was fine by us. Once we moved, everything was totally great. Kudos to a gentleman at the front desk by the name of MARTIN. Excellent employee. But if you are staying at the resort, stay away from IVAN!

If you didn’t get to the pool early enough there were no loungers. People “ save” them and then don’t show up for hours. Drinks were spendy from the bar.

The food was NOT good. I'm glad we did not get the all inclusive package (just breakfast). We were wondering why the restaurants were not busy at all and we discovered why! The breakfast was good enough, and poolside snacks and lunch were fine, but don't plan to eat dinner here. You're also pressured into a timeshare presentation upon arrival, which seems like a good deal as they throw in a lot of perks, but it ends up being 2 1/2 hours instead of the 90 minutes they promise.

The location is close to the airport which is convenient. We were upgraded to a larger room which was great. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean, and beds were comfortable! The pools were nice and we always found lounge chairs. The staff was really nice. It was easy to get a taxi to get around. There's also a nice new mall just a block away.

I was very happy with choices for all types of appetites and needs. Service fantastic and very professional and respect for the clients and for their co workers.

Loved the breakfast buffet especially the fresh fruits and the sweet treats and fresh bread. Also enjoyed a number of Mexican dishes.

I think any complaint comes from someone needing special foods that are not buffet friendly nor expected. Everyrhing was served and displaed and kept attractive for 7 till 12...that is alwrt and efficient staff working as a proud team.

Breakfast buffet was just lovely...fresh foid, choices abound, choice portions, lovedmultiple, fresh fruits constantly refilled and pastries. Hubby liked the fresh, indivdual omlette hot, the Mexican food changes of that choice and the pork ribs in green sauce! Fresh breads very good.

On the check-in day our room was ready 2,5 hours after the official check-in time, on the check-out day our door cards were blocked half an hour before the official check-out time

Very good location, directly on the beach. Nice, spacious rooms with brigth, colourful decoration. Very good cleaning service. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff at the restaurant.

There were some parts of the facilities that weren't steady at all, lights and some aspects like the elevator buttons were not working, and the cost-benefit ratio was more costly some times and other kind of absurd.
