Different customer service operators provide varying feedback. Logging into Booking.com, no rooms are available for changing booking dates throughout 2024. A hotel customer service rep stated that changing booking dates is not allowed if you call. However, another customer service operator managed to change the booking date.

Honestly, I just like everything here! Wish that they will have discount in the future as I am planning to stay longer (maybe about two weeks) in Penang next time.

This is my second time staying here. I really LOVE this place. You can just see the sea from your window. The room is spacious, neat, modern and super clean. They provide very good quality slippers, towel, bed, body wash, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. There is washing machine and dryer at seventh floor which is my favorite part. Downstairs there are bakery, convenient store and cafe. Nearby there are hawker centers. Taking a cab from the hotel is very convenient too. I would like to show appreciation to the front desk staff who welcoming me by upgrading my room. He is very professional, polite and helpful. I did enjoyed my stay very much.

I guess there were some guests that took more towels than they should at the pool. We couldn't find any towels & there isn't anyone station at the pool towel counter.

Everything is great!! Nothing much to complain. From the moment we entered the property, the staffs are all very welcoming. And they made sure my cakes delivered to the hotel were kept safely till we are back to pick up. Rooms are huge & clean with a fantastic sea view. Love the breakfast! Pretty good selection to choose from & they do change some of the buffet items daily. Quality is good. We also ordered room service twice & the satay is good!

Property resembles a homely atmosphere albeit being a hotel in form. Location is also great near the new Gurney recreation park.

The room dust seems to be terrible! There have been dust flying and could be visible under the light. My iPad Pro has been accumulated with 2mm of dust (after left unattended for 5 hour) and need to be wiped off before start working. Not sure if this is due to ventilation or the carpet. My bathroom drainage also get clogged but they solved the problem the same day!

Location is superb! I have been here twice for the past 8 months and still enjoying staying here whenever I arrive into Penang, either for work or leisure.

The room wasn’t spacious enough and the hotel didn’t feel super welcoming.

The views from the room were so beautiful! The room was equipped with a kitchenette and the bed was so comfortable.

The service was excellent. Special shout-out to Joeyi who provided a very good service. It was my wife's birthday, and they gave her a delicious slice of cake. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed swimming in the pool. I had some issues with the air-conditioning, but maintenance crew sorted then out quickly. I highly recommend this play.
