Room was quite small but everything worked well so happy overall.

Great location, in the middle of the town. Staff were really helpful. Had to find a hardware store to get some tools to release a faulty padlock and the manager took me to two stores personally to sort it out. Very clean and nice breakfast.

The shower wasn't working. It wouldn't have been so bad if I'd been warned - this wasn't a sudden temporary breakdown, there was no shower head and the drainage was blocked. I can cope with that, but it shouldn't have been listed as en suite with a shower or bath.

Received an advance email with instructions for entry, including a code, and a phone number if needed (no reception). Someone in the restaurant downstairs showed me the key cases. The description on Booking.com warns that the lift starts on the 1st floor - the stairs from the ground floor are good, not narrow, but be aware that there are over 20 if that matters to you. My room was a good size for a single, and had most of what I needed - radiator, electric fan, kettle, a good selection of TV channels, and very hot water. I would have liked an extra pillow. On Saturday night, there was very noisy club music nearby, but they turned the sound down after midnight, and stopped by one-ish. There was nothing on Sunday. Breakfast was served by different people for my 2 mornings, and there was somebody working on my floor, plus a cleaner, but no one introduced themselves, so I can't comment on staff. But they were all pleasant. The hotel was competitively-priced, and Haarlem is very pretty!

No access to a sitting room or coffee during the day. I would have liked the breakfast room available. The sign on the first floor on how to reach reception was not accurate. You need to go into the restaurant and they were always very busy, note that there was the tulip festival going and also a carnival, so extra busy.

The Hotel signage was Not quite easy to find, good thing Google Maps showed me. The Breakfast Buffet was good it’s my fault also that I came late and it was almost empty (Buffet), I’m about to check out I still have more than 30mins or less than 30 min left and the room serviced knock me for Housekeeping. I was a-bit stressed to put my things fast and put it on my luggage for support. I was aware about the time but maybe it could be nicer about 15mins of reminder for that amount of time I have already prepared my things.

The Hotel was nice and comfy, the breakfast is good and the staff where accommodating as well. The room that i stayed in was good and has a easy access of Elevator with it. I was staying for a overnight and it was good.

The place needs to be freshened up. I don’t think it’s been remodeled in quite a while. They’d probably raise the rates however, and would be justified in doing so.

The location was excellent. I had a room in the back of the building, which was great because there was a carnival right outside the front of the hotel. I always travel with good ear plugs and almost always use them whether or not I think I may need them. I was happy with the breakfast provided.
