For the cost it was good value. Three of us in one room and it was clean and beds were comfy

I don’t think it was worth the money we paid no other facilities eg gym pool etc room was clean however the “lobby” and corridors not so much

Property is in a good location they offer bike rental and travel cards for tram/metro not too far out from the centre and there’s a coffe shop 🍃 5 minute walk away

No aircon in the room so in summer I imagine it’s uncomfortable as we stayed in may and it was warm then , bathroom drains smelt bit the rest of the room was clean

The room was super dark and quite shady, looked messy and unpleasant. When we entered entire room smelled like chlorine. The bathroom was getting entirely flooded cause the shower didn't have any curtains, only a very small glass wall that didn't protect anything.

It was written in the description that our room will be without windows, we were prepared. However, the air was so musty that it was hard to sleep. This hotel is only for short stay, just for sleeping, but not relaxing.

Cleaning: the room was relatively clean when we got it but on the 2nd day we just had our beds done and no cleaning. Bathroom was certainly not mopped and the matt used the previous days was just placed upside-down in order to look clean. I have the feeling that cleaners did not leave new towels on the 2nd day but that they just folded the old ones. The cups were left dirty. So no cleaning at all on day2. Very small room, not enough space to leave clothes of 4 people. Worn, old, rough towels. We asked for a pizza from the lady in the restaurant and we were told in broken English "no food". The receptionist asked us to pay for the pizza and let the lady know. The lady just hated that she was given an extra task to do. We realised that the 9euro pizza we ordered was actually a frozen pizza that costs 1euro in the market. We paid around 70 per person per night no breakfast included, so we certainly expected better services.

Style was ok, although out of fashion. Receptionists were very kind. Matts were comfortable.

Room was quite small but adequate for our short city break.

Very convenient for trams to central Amsterdam and some good parks nearby. Towels and bedding regularly changed.

I got a bad deal from booking.com. Directly from hotel website it would have been half the price. Room was facing a busy road so a lot of traffic noise.

Location was ok, easy to get around by bike or tram. Breakfast for 9,50 euros was worth it. Staff was friendly.

The most important, the mattress were too soft and the pillow were too thick. I kill two sugar worn in the toilet floor.

The average vibe when you have a room downstairs is weird and the cleanliness wasn't perfect (hair on the mattress, missing a towel at first...).

The location was perfect for the stay, the guy wasn't very "joyful" or comely but helpful when needed, the cleanliness was average but not disgusting or dirty and it is perfect for a three-day stay with friends. We didn't have any windows but it wasn't really a problem as we just slept there and laundry was done every day.

The room was to warm, and did not have any options to cool it down. Ground floor windows were left clear, allowing passers by to look directly in to the room. The bathroom was very cramped.

The location was easily accessible by public transport. The hotel is located close to an area with lots of pubs and restaurants.

I was in a room on reception floor, my window was looking on a bike parking side of the road, lot of noise and light come in from the big window that u can't even open. Sleep not so well because someone was sitting outside and talking during the night
