The location is convenient, being quite close to the station. The breakfast was excellent, exceeding my expectations and surpassing that of some more expensive hotels. The cleanliness was impressive, making for a superb experience.

The A/C was very noisy. It's necessary to block your ears. You have to be able to walk stairs to the fourth floor. We got used to it.

The location is perfect, with nice local restaurants around the corner. We walked to the centre and enjoyed the local bakeries. The host is very nice. It's a brand new guesthouse, super clean. Coffee and tea are available.

The Wifi station was very near my cubicle because of which I had quite some headache, went to the courtyard took my shoes off in the night and within one minute I was recharged and slept further like a rose.

Air in the bed chambers was really bad. Might just be part of many people coming together however. Didn´t have a lot of opportunities to place my belongings though.

Very nice location (incl. bath), helpful staff and all the things u need for a stay. Breakfast selection was great! Rooms had reasonable sizes and bed was comfortable.

The room was nice but it was quite loud. I could still hear people from other rooms as they were talking or opening doors or walking on the stairs.

The hostel is in a great location -in a quiet area and still close to the centre. The staff were very nice. We could leave our bags in the luggage room before check in and after check out. Breakfast was nice - some salty and sweet options. If you are a meat lover prepare yourself that you’ll not find any meat there.

The bathroom facilities could be better, but honestly nothing else!

Lovely place with super welcoming staff! A cosy garden, lovely shared space. My sister and I slept in a private pod, which was super nice! Right in the lovely carter Wyck and not far from the centre of Maastricht.

Blankets are not washed after every client. A blanket can be used by multiple customers without being washed and I find that hygienically horrible. Mine had stains on it. No soap in the dispensers and toilets were clean only in the morning if you are lucky. Also you provide a free wash in the washing machine but you don’t provide a dryer for the clothes and the only way to dry your clothes out is to put the clothes in a basement dusty room with a machine that “makes some heat” but clothes were all dusty again after drying..

Aesthetically on point. Chilling place perfect. Very beautiful garden and smoking place. Free use of washing machine but no dryer.. All in all I would give a visit again

Room is too small for the number of people. If 4 people want to get dressed at the same time there is simply not enough space to do that. Also, no space to store clothes or even hang a jacket! The sink is at a weird height from the tap, so water tends to spill.

The internet was a bit faulty and the common area is tight, when everybody is having breakfast. It is not directly in the City Center, but you could walk less than 10 minutes to the main bridge.

I was bike-packing through the Netherlands and the staff was very friendly and helpful about it. They offered me a closed space to store the bike overnight and they provided me with towels. Even though I arrived earlier than check-in, I was able to use the amenities. Even though there were 10-12 people sleeping in the dorm, it was relatively quiet. The bunks are like wooden boxes, so you have a good privacy.

None of the toilets have hand soap, literally none. This is the third time I stay here and they never have hand soap in the toilets which is not very hygienic.

The door to the sleeping quarters was very heavy. Every time it closed there was a very loud sound. I slept at the other end of the room (+12 metres away) with earplugs and I would still wake up every time someone used the door. I think a door closer would fix this problem.

The hostel was clean, very beautiful and well organised. Plenty of hang out-space, a cute garden and the bed had a lot of privacy. Kitchen was minimal but did its job. It is not a social hostel at all, but that suited me as I had to work in the evening. Showers were very nice.
