Didn’t like the noise of the extractor fan in bathroom.

Frosted sliding glass door in bathroom did not close properly and as it was located directly opposite the foot of the bed, you could see anyone using the toilet which was next to the door opening. Not a room suitable for sharing with someone you're not close to!

There was nothing we did not like. Photos taken by the hotel of the rooms are accurate and up to date.

Located perfectly (for us) between the train station and the town centre - a 10 minute walk to each. Breakfast was delicious - fresh, wide variety and replenished frequently so no matter how early or late we arrived there was still plenty to choose from. Our triple room was large enough for the 3 of us and our belongings. Plenty of space to hang clothes. Plenty of space to move around each other when we were getting ready for the day. Comfy beds (including the sofa bed which I slept on).

The bathroom had a weird small, probably something due to the pipes, but nothing major.

Room was huge and clean, good breakfast and staff was very polite. Great location, walking distance to the old town and transportation.

The rooms, hygiene and most importantly the service, all very good. Breakfast on both days were good too. RAFAL at the reception was an absolute Gem.

Only small issue was that the bar closed at 10pm so a couple of evenings we would have liked to go to the hotel for a few drinks but it was too late - however a lot of good bars around so not a major problem

We kept having to ask for a top up of tea/coffee in our room but reception was very obliging and apologetic

The hotel was in a good location, slightly off the beaten track but well within walking distance of main square which meant it was a bit quieter. Breakfast was good and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Our room could benefit from some modernization (such as new mattresses).

Very good hotel for a stay in Krakow, located between the train station (15 min) and the Old Town also about 15 min). The neighborhood also appeared to be nice and safe. Super friendly staff, tasty breakfast. The room we stayed in was clean and generously sized. The air-conditioning also worked, but we could also cool down and freshen up our room by opening the windows.

My phone device on the room was not working properly, had to call the reception from my mobile once.

The location is great for travellers, very close to the old part of the town, tram station within 5 min walking,taking you to the ghetto area, among others.The room was spacy, clean and very quite.The breakfast was unbeatable (fresh and tasty with local flavors). Taxi driver of the hotel (transport to airport 120zl) is so friendly and willing to offer lots of info about Krakow and make a nice chat with him in English. Receptionists all kind and helpful.
