We did not like that the heating (not the air condition) was heating the whole day. There was no possibility to switch it off (the knob was missing) which resulted in the situation that the heating was on and we opened the window to get rid of the heat. Breakfast was served until 10 a.m. but some items were already unavailable at 09:30 and not refilled any more.

We liked the size of the room and also the possibility to have a seat outside of the hotel, either at the front of the building or at its side entrance. The quiet location is not in the town's center but only 4 stops with the tram from the main station. You need to walk about 5 minutes to get to the next tram station (e.g. lines 3, 5, 50, 52) with a direct connection to the station. A "netto" supermarket is nearby (200m). The breakfast was excellent and offered a very good choice with different items every day.

We stayed there in end March / beginning April. It was warm climate - but the A/c was totally ineffective - it was tough to sleep without airconditioning. That was the only minus in the place.

Finding the entrance was a bit tricky because it is right next to a gas station and you might miss it, but not important, you can make a short turn and find it again.

Location was good, 20 minutes to the old town by train. From the hotel to the train station less than 5 minutes walk. Huge parking space, you don't need to worry about reservation. Room space was more than enough, 25 m.

Although the location of the facility seems far from the center, Uber is widely used in Krakow. It was very nice to have 2 large markets with affordable prices opposite the hotel. Orel was renovated and clean. You can stay here instead of the city center and easily get to the center by Uber or Bolt.

We were unlucky to get room with some ventilation pipe just outside our window - so there was constant irritating noise, but not such that we couldn't sleep - so it's kind of OK. There was an issue with sitting during breakfast - we had to wait for people to leave and collect their dirty dishes in order to have a seat - no one collected those during whole our breakfast time. Some hot dishes which finished during breakfast were replaced after quite some time. Probably the issue was there was only one person serving the breakfast room.

Room was very big, beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. A bit far away from city center, but in walkable distance or a few eur with taxi/Bolt.

Can't tell something bad about this hotel! For such price that was the best solution to stay in this hotel! Next time when I'll schedule my visit to Krakow probably I will manage to stay here again.

Placed in quiet place with privat parking place. Hotel's employees were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was perfect for me and my family. Especially my wife was excited that rooms were clean and comfy. At winter time room was warm also!

The single beds were slightly small. And it was slightly far from the centre. However the public transporting was avaliable near the hotel.

I have been in many four star hotels, but this one was exceptioal. The room was big and clean, and the bathroom was provided with modern accessories. I think the hotel is newly constructed, and I have been satisfied with my stay.
