Hotel Teatr is faultless.

This is a lovely hotel, situated in a quiet street but very close to Krakow’s old town, as well as the main rail/bus stations The rooms are finished to an exceptional standard, and overall it oozes quality. The breakfasts are really excellent, with a wide choice and items such as eggs, pancakes etc cooked to order. The staff were great too - special mention to Paulina who recommended a couple of fab beer gardens. One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Krakow was amazing too.

Location is excellent. Really close to train station and shopping center but moments away from old town main square. Can't speak highly enough about the staff! Very helpful and lovelly. Also delicious breaktfast! Very nice decor and quality bath products.

This is a super hotel. It's located within the old city centre within walking distance of all the main centre sites and within walking distance of the main train station and trams. It's a brand-new hotel within an original old town building. Consequently everything within the hotel is brand new. My room and ensuite shower room were both of a good size. The bedroom had a large very comfortable bed, a large flat screen television, a mini- bar, clothes closet, safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a cleverly built-in extendable ironing board and full size steam iron. The shower room had a large walk-in shower with rainfall shower fitting, a large sink and mirror and a WC with a built in bidet, something I've never seen before. The shower room also had under floor heating. I only had breakfast once as I was meeting my son in the mornings, but there was plenty of variety, everything very fresh with hot items cooked to order. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, and when I just couldn't find the button to turn on the air-conditioning, the receptionist kindly came up to my room to show me how to do it - it was easy and I felt very silly, but she was very good about it! This Is a great place to stay if visiting Krakow and the hotel would be definitely my first choice if I am lucky enough to teturn.

Broken safes. Temperature control broken in one room was set at 29. No one to fix. Need luggage rack needs trash can under desk needs kleenex

I believe I booked a double room, so a double bed would have been nice rather than 2 single beds, but a minor issue in an otherwise comfortable stay.

Desk staff were great, really welcoming and helpful. The hotel room itself was clean and beautifully spacious with high ceilings, and set in a great destination on the edge of the Old Town within walking distance of the river and Kings Castle.

Although very fresh and delicious with buffet and à la carte options included in the cost, the breakfast could be more reasonably priced.

This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the main market square. The staff was very attentive, accommodating and professional, but most importantly, the room was exceptionally quiet, clean and comfortable. A truly peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of sightseeing!

Beautiful blend of modern design in a historic building. The furniture and fixtures were modern while preserving brick and timber inside the rooms. The breakfast was delicious. I really liked the combination of fresh hot food made to order along with the cold buffet. I was impressed by the tea selection! I was traveling for leisure but had a little work to do each day. The desk in the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for me- near the tram line and convenient for exploring the old town.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. the breakfast was absolutely delicious and abundant. Being greeted with a glass of Prosecco was a nice touch. The decor made the place feel both homey welcoming and upscale. The location was great I had a wonderful experience
