FinlandThe indoor pool wasn’t so nice. It would be nice to have one heated outside pool.
The apartment was really good. Kitchen had good appliances and equipments. Bathroom was big and had good shower. Altough Gardens are close to the main gate it was easy walk to all the restaurants and beach. Restaurants were quite pricy but according to the room prices. Breakfast was excellent and other food also good. Chlidren play ground was the best I have seen in hotels.

United States of AmericaNo towels at pool towel shack right by Room. Had to drive to another pool that had an open shack, really inconvenient. Several Restaurants listed on website (Piri Piri, Yakuza) as being open are in fact closed. Guests should be better informed as to which Restaurants are open so they can plan dinner accordingly perhaps at check in or on the Hotel Ap.
Beautiful upscale Resort Hotel in a great location right by Beach. Market and nice Restaurant located right across the street within easy walking distance.

SwitzerlandBreakfast wasn’t great (see below). Not enough gluten-free choices in ALL the restaurants (breakfast, lunch & dinner). Very difficult for my son to find things that he could eat. This is a real shame given the generally high quality of food and the hotel in general.

SpainWe went for breakfast once and the breakfast was not that great. Service was pretty slow and you could tell that they were really understaffed. Furthermore, cleaning could have been better as often the bathrooms were dirty, even after cleaning. The food was also so so as it was overpriced and not that great. I recommend going somewhere outside of the hotel to find a good place to eat.
The atmosphere and the location was fantastic. The pines and the cliffs were so mesmerizing. It really felt like a paradise and you really feel relaxed. The concierge, Claudia was really helpful and we really appreciated her recommendations.We really liked our apartment as it came with everything that we needed and even more!

IrelandI don’t like to be negative, but because there is something very magical about Pine Cliffs. I need to address this , I noticed a lot of conferences going on which seemed to take over parts of the hotel and staff at times . When it should have been relaxing , the atmosphere was not , it very corporate . While i stayed for 11 nights there was at least 5 of these going on back to back and 3 weddings . I understand they have to catch up because of covid . But it seemed to over take the main areas alot . Before I left , there was meant to be 900 Spainards coming for a 3 day conference. I was left a note stating that some of the amenities would be closed which would have really annoyed me if I was still there . Pine Cliffs is not cheap and I definitely think you should ask how many of these could be going on when you are staying . Please remember your selling tranquility healthy eating and overall well being . When i’m on holiday i don’t want to feel like i’m at work watching these events .
I had an apartment and it was amazing everything was brand new . I didn’t have breakfast there but my friend was staying in the hotel and she said it was excellent. My bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud . The beach was outstanding for me , l loved it .I ate in the Mare beach restaurant nearly every day and the food was good and the service was very good . I will say pricey but honestly the view .

United Kingdomunfortunately the food, this is the biggest downside it’s really not good, especially considering the price you are paying. My son unfortunately contracted food poisoning eating l at the ‘O Grill’ buffet restaurant , but to be honest we hadn’t been that impressed with the food before this point. luckily we love travelling out of the hotel, and ventured into Vilamoura marina lots of evenings, so we weren’t restricted.
The whole complex was beautiful, really well designed. lots of pool options so never over crowded. loved the direct access to the beach via a lift and walkway, beach beds provided by hotel. lovely staff, every staff member from bar staff to managers were attentive, polite and kind. rooms are very comfortable and big it’s a big complex, so some things are quite far to walk, but we like walking so this is a bonus for us, you don’t feel ‘lazy’.

United KingdomI'm sure there is sunstainable programs but the environment footprint is not evident anywhere. No recycling bin inside the apartment, no mention of water waste or water drinking fill up stations. The internal shuttle service is the real disaster and it seems very unorganised.
It feels like you are in a small town but exclusive use to hot el guests only. A holiday you can explore the various options without the need of a car.

Beautiful resort with different accommodation options. Pine Cliff Garden is perfect for families, fully equiped appartment combined with the advantage of hotel service. Whole area (beach, pools, kids playground, garden, restaurants) is awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will come back.
