Got a poolside room so my grandson could swim, there had been a birthday party so trash cans were overflowing, toys and towels laying everywhere, hot tub was extremely murky and smelled. I would think after an event like that there would be staff available to clean it up right after.

I like the location, and i like that there is a restaurant bar.

I wasn’t notified there was no pool during my stay, which was one of the main reasons I had wanted it. Then after finding out I wasn’t offered a refund of any kind.

We booked for date night specifically for hot tub and pool time is why we chose this hotel. Upon checking in we were told hot tub and pool were out of service with no mention of anything when we booked. Had we known we would’ve booked a much cheaper hotel with no pool. Price didn’t reflect the facilities not working

Hot tub was slimy and poor cleaning of room, Rooms very small and dingy. Very large complex and placed at far end of building.

There was a birthday party poolside with at least 10. 12 year old boys who literally took over the pool and hot tub. Very disappointed that my granddaughter could not swim!!

My first room shower was broke off the wall the first night and it still wasnt fixed after the second day with absolutely no communication from staff about progress so had to switch rooms at night with two little girls. Not fun. All staff could definitely use hospitality training. No one acknowledges visitors or even smiles

Would have probably chosen another place because the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance. I was planning on using them and was disappointed that it wasn't available. Had I known I would have stayed at a cheaper hotel without a pool.

I was familiar with the hotel and its amenities. I have stayed in the past and the price was fair for those amenities. Location was great and near where I had to go in town.

There was a wedding reception in an open ballroom which was right next to our room, we were not made aware of the music and party was loud. The hot tub was lukewarm and water very murky.

Location was good. Rooms were fine, a little beat up but not too bad.

The hallway carpet was quite dirty and the entrance by our room (for the first part of our stay which was the week before) was littered and did not get cleaned for 4 days. I am a caretaker for the apartment building where we live in Minneapolis so was very aware of this.

The food was very good as was the cost for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Any problems were dealt with immediately which really impressed us. I loved having laundry facilities available.

It was great to have the option pf breakfast on location. Good breakfast )after 10 a.m.. we had arrived late and slept in.

Breakfast was really awful...served room temp...sent back for warming...bacon came back burned. Hot tub was almost milky, pool fine...but, i ended up with swimmer's itch so question the sanitation 🤢. Looked under the bed for dog bowl and found lots of dust and a bit of trash

The back parking lot access door did not lock so we were a little concerned about security. Outside the back door the garbage was filled to overflowing which was not a pleasant welcome.
