Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast area was congested, especially the mini pancake station. It might be helpful to have a staff member stationed there during high volume hours. Adult behavior towards children waiting for pancakes was atrocious. I witnessed several instances of adults jumping front of children for their food. Disgraceful
The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The front manager. He was LOUD, He embarrassed us at check in, he didn't deal with us individually - he had a few people in the lobby and it was like he thought he had an "audience" - he liked to hear himself talk. I TRIED to talk to the girl who was checking us in but he was butting in at all times. You could tell that she was nervous about talking to us as well. I tried to explain that I would like to put points to our reservation but that there was a difference between IHG prices and Priceline prices. The girl checking us in just said "oh I'm sorry you had that experience" but never asked anything else and just gave us our keys to our room. It was completely uncomfortable having that manager control every little thing and not allow the customers to check in without feeling so uncomfortable. I can't stand obnoxious people. He clearly needs training on NOT being a narcissist. We have plans to come back to go to Dorney Park but I'm not sure I'd stay here.

Some things were a little old and shabby. 
It was very quiet. I slept really well because the bed was comfortable. There was a full breakfast served in the morning. They also had a freezer case with microwavable dinners, which was so helpful because I didn’t feel like going out after a long day’s drive.

I did not like how confusing the highway is that it’s located on. It’s very difficult and scary to pull in and out of.
It was clean, comfy, cute. I loved the free coffee and cookies and breakfast. I loved how quickly first responders and fire rescue arrived when the smoke alarm was triggered on accident. I loved the view of Dorney park especially at sunset.

The mattress was too soft and gave us both back aches. Our room was supposed to be handicapped accessible but there was barely room for my scooter to get between the bed and dresser.

Housekeeping was unable to clean our room during the last night of our stay. They were besieged with college students traveling for their cross-country event - more than 200 students.
Staff was pleasant-always acknowledged you/other guests.

The only thing I really did not like was that the room smelled like smoke (cigarettes) like an old smell of it. Since it was Labor Day weekend there was no way to get another room. I've been here before so I know not all the rooms smell like that so I think if they know children are staying then please consider giving families a room that don't smell like cigarettes.
Loved the breakfast, there are so many options for the whole family! There's pancakes, eggs, cereals, yogurt, bagels, pastries, so wonderful! The rooms are comfy. Nice space, bathroom was nice and clean, plenty of lighting and storage space. The staff was nice and courteous. I cannot remember one young man's name, he was wonderful though and so knowledgeable about the area and attractions nearby. Love that Dorney Park is right across the street (do beware of crossing those streets if you do walk there) its a good 5 minute walk because of their parking lot. Everything else (Target, Costco, 5 Below, and eating spots) is a short drive away. Loved our stay here and will definitely be back again!
