Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Did not like the stairs. Price was a bit steep. Bathtub was a bit hard to get in and out of.
Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were quiet. Staff were very accommodating.

Because it’s in the main thoroughfare, the traffic makes it a bit noisy.
Location was great, walking distance to restaurants.

A bit noisy, they really need dual pane windows to keep out the road noise.

One thing that was super annoying was the key card didn't work - then, they gave us a new one, and THAT key card didn't work. Then they had to switch our room. But that actually turned out better because the room was a major upgrade with an extra bed and way more space - so win-win!
The room was amazing and huge and super comfy! Central to main part of Bishop. Easy parking. Comfy beds, nice table and chairs. Huge sink /vanity area.

There was no stuffed chair as shown in the photos. There was no chair to relax in. For this reason, the room was not comfortable. The bed was fine. Plenty of lighting. Apart from a small straight-backed chair for the small table, there was no place to sit.
Everything about the room was very clean. Heater location and operation very good. Lighting in the room was great.

The road noise. I guess I’m just not used to it but we did hear a lot of road noise maybe some extra insulation on the doors might be helpful or buy thicker doors. I’m not sure.
The staff checked us right in everything was clean. The quality of the room was good. I like that I was offered to go on the app and have discounts in the future on my stays.

Street noise.
The room was quite spacious (King Standard) and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Location was great, but there is a lot of street noise, so bring earplugs or use white noise. Shatt’s Bakery is only a few doors down, as are other good restaurants. I thought it was a really nice hotel, especially at a more reasonable price than others in Bishop. Pleasantly surprised!

The heater is very very noisy. I have to turn it off at night. And the night light is too bright, I have to take it off. The pool is not clean, so you can not use it.

The sidewalks and parking lot needed cleaning. The ice machine and room doors were grimy. I cleaned layers of black stuff off of the air conditioning unit filters and showed it to the receptionist. The management team need to keep on top of their Spanish speaking cleaning staff to do a more thorough job inside and outside of the facility.
The breakfast was good and the office staff was helpful. The paint job inside the room was nice, but the door was marked up.

The WIFI did not work in the room but there is a smoking corner outside where one can enjoy a cigarette and the WIFI, too.
The motel is located just next to the highway but not too loud. Restaurants and Eric Shans bakery are only a few minutes away by walking. The staff is very friendly.

Room was pretty near the road and for the whole night big lorries where passing through. It would be great if the walls and doors were a little bit thicker - or if your room was further away from the road. The bathroom was also really small (but there was a big sink).
Staff was very friendly. Parking was right infront of the rooms. Breakfast was good.
