Excellent stay! Wonderful host, Frost made sure that everything was perfect- The location is right by the beach, safe, restaurants everywhere, a Walgreens open 24/7 The apartment was modern, super nice, comfortable, safe. There was a bottle of Prosecco , bottles of water waiting for us. There are beach towels and beach chairs provided. The jacuzzi on the balcony was great. Highly recommended and we will book it again if we are back in Miami.

Location was perfect. 3 minute walk to the beach, Ocean drive and 5 mins to Espanola Way. Immaculately clean room, bed and pillows very comfortable and even a complimentary bottle of bubbly on arrival. This was exactly what we needed, we couldn’t find fault with the place. Despite the location we could not hear any road noise or partying at all. Lovely hot tub and access to the shared pool.

The location couldn’t have been better. It was so convenient to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a great vacation. Our room opened onto the pool which was amazing for our family.

Furniture and design is a bit outdated.

Location location location. Just perfect on Ocean drive right between the beach and the art deco area. All facilities are present like also beach towels and umbrella.

Operating the tv was somewhat complex but when in Miami - you should not be watching tv!

Excellent property that is true luxury. Host was great and helpful. Property has two levels and includes a huge balcony and amazing views of Miami at night. The bedroom is also spectacular with great decor. Location is perfect too. Excellent stay!

Perfect location, spacious, nice balcony, very comfortable bed, quiet, and was able to get excellent nights sleep. Great shower, espresso, mouthwash, dental hygiene articles. Frost provided excellent customer service throughout. Highly recommended. Would stay again. Nice to use the beach umbrella as well! For Miami Beach great value for the money.

I was confused as this part of a hotel but they also do air B+B the reception was kind to clear up my confusion and helped me. Frost was great to work with fast communication and sent all the details for the stay including the door code to get in. It was beautiful just wish the weather was better to use the hot tub. The location was close to so much too.

Kitchenette does not include any cooker (only a microwave). Not that you need it, but I would have assumed that a kitchenette would include some sort of cooking facility. It also missed glasses for water and cups, but that was just a misunderstanding with Frost. Maybe a bit pricey overall

Position is great: right at the beginning of Ocean Drive with lots of restaurants and bars really close and the beach literally at a three minute walk. The apartment is nice, although from the description and the pictures you would expect something more "luxurious". The amenities are nice and reasonably well maintained, but not perfect nor super. Some maintenance work would help (e.g. a missing glass door in the restroom, the loose flush knob). The terrace and the rooftop are very enjoyable though. Also, the apartment is very clean Frost (the host) is super nice and responsive
