The main thing that I would add or change to the room is an ice machine and water cooler; the tap water wasn't drinkable and I needed ice a couple times. This was also a place where you are sacrificing something for the cost and location; namely, the nightclub next door! It was loud until late, but I really didn't mind because the cost and location couldn't be beat.

I loved the amenities and décor, very fun! The technology was nice too. Honestly, it was a deal. While the hot tub wasn't operating during my stay, I could tell it would be a fun place to come. I loved the layout and design of the bathroom, the open plan was very nice and all the mirrors were fantastic!

There was no elevator and LOTS of stairs and the club was definitely very loud on the weekend. I’m lucky I was on the 4th floor but I can imagine people on the 2nd floor didn’t get much sleep.

We expected a room with a street view, but we were given an interior room. I thought we had booked a better one. The windows could not be opened, and lastly, the coffee machine did not work. We tried to use it, but it made a mess by throwing the water outside the cup. So, we did not use it after the first messy attempt. That was a bummer.

The administrator of the room was very friendly and understanding, addressing any questions we might have. The place was nice, and the location was spectacularly close to everything downtown. If you are staying here, it is easier to take a train from the airport directly to Union Station, and it will take you two minutes from there to the hotel.

The club downstairs during a weekend night…so loud. If you’re in Denver to party and you’re not planning to be in before 2am, great. But I would not recommend to families or anyone that wants a quiet evening.

There was no elevator and we stayed on the 4th floor. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs wasn’t the easiest/best thing at times. The window view was a brick wall and a couple of ac units. The shower just has a glass wall and doesn’t actually close or have a curtain. It is a big shower but that opening lets the shower get cold and the water pressure could be better. The door is a little thin/hollow so it may give you some uncomfortability. All the furniture in the room is lightweight and moves easily.

The interior was nice, the room had a deck and the tv was mounted with plenty of plug space. They also provided snacks and drinks for a price listed in the room. Entry is granted with a code so no need to worry about losing a room key. There’s no front desk but the manager is very friendly and communicative. Check in was flexible and easy. There is a 24 hour service number you can use if you need anything.

The checkin procedure. The large cleaning fee and taxes. No concern about the total price. But the fees roughly doubled the advertised price. So I got stickers hock at the booking. And the checkin procedure is intimidating. I understand that the property wants remote management. But collecting biometrics for “security”? Wow, that’s intrusive.

I wasn't able to do the number 2 in the restroom due to poor pressure in the toilet. I had to walk to the Union station to use the restroom to do the number two meaning poop. 7 days I couldn't use the restroom in my room. Due to I had to work from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 Monday through Thursday and I didn't want anyone in my room with all my private stuff there couldn't get the room fixed. I believe they knew the toilet was already messed up

I did not like the self check in process, parking was an absolute nightmare and the noise was not pleasant (but there is night club downstairs so it was understandable).

I do not like the stairs but this was my second stay so I was prepared this time to get my cardio in. The knob on the front door slid off upon check in so I had to be very careful every time I used the door but the property blamed me and is now looking for me to pay for something that was already broken. In addition to this, I found a hair that was not mine in the bed, the shower knob did not work properly and scalding hot water was pouring out on the right side of the shower but the shower was roomy so I worked around it and still didn’t complain, and the shower curtain was ripped. I should’ve notified the person in the phone but I figured, you get what you pay for right! Now I wish I had because if I’m charged $300 for something I did not do I will take this property to court. Very tempted to cancel all future bookings here if this is the case as I was planning on booking all future stays here.

I like the location, it was convenient to get to food and attractions.

The price displayed on Booking.com is not anywhere near the final price. The room appeared significantly cheaper than other local options until checkout, when around $100 of additional fees were added. A further $200 deposit was requested closer to check-in. Given the noisy location, I might have opted for a more conventional hotel had all costs been presented up front. Also note that online check-in is a bit tricky even for tech-savvy people. The website used for identity checking does not play well with every browser (I had a bit of trouble in Firefox) and did not clearly confirm when all check-in tasks were complete.

The hotel is in a very convenient location easily walkable from Union Station and right on 16th St Mall. The host was highly communicative and gave thorough instructions. The room itself was BEAUTIFUL - we loved the fancy shower, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Coffee pods and a small fridge are available if needed. The facility feels extremely secure with digital code locks on the front door as well as guest doors.

No smoking allowed on balcony and having to walk downstairs while the club was busy just to smoke. No elevator. Luckily the club staff was there when I checked in and helped me carry my bags up.

The location was perfect for what I needed to do and the room was very big for the price! Just wish smoking was allowed on the balcony.

We only had a little hiccup during the check-in process, since apparently the code for entering the hotel and the room wasn’t set up or was disabled. However I called their number and they provided assistance really quick, and it was a very late check in. So, I really appreciated their help.

The closeness to the city was wonderful. It was near every spot. Loved to have a balcony and the bed was very confortable. Loved my stay.
