They could have been a bit more generous with things like toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and perhaps laundry detergent. While the apartment was very clean, it was not in my opinion well maintained. One of the burners on the electric stove didn't work, and we had a flood the first time we used the washing machine because the discharge hose wasn't attached to a drain. Sadly, the condition of the laminate flooring showed there had been previous flooding, as it was warped and buckled. The lighting in the various rooms was a hodge-podge of incandescent, compact fluorescent, and LED bulbs, all of different color temperatures. The chandelier style fixture above the dining room table had all three. The cabinetry along with the fixtures were all "construction grade".

Enjoyed the view from the balcony, the location, and well-kept grounds.

Pool wasn’t the cleanest, gates to the property were nasty and janky and property exterior didn’t look the nicest and cleanest as it could have been and represented in the pictures… very “plain”. Could have came with beach chair/umbrella rental.

Nice size pool with grills and close to the beach. Apartment was clean and everything in good working condition.

No air flow in the elevator

The condo was beautiful and extremely clean and comfy. Ocean view from the balcony was definitely a plus.

The room faces the elevator, so there is a little noise, but it only bothers people who are very sensitive to sleep. My family didn't get in the way at all.

Everything perfect. Great location, clean, organized apartment with everything you need. The view is sensational. It far exceeded our expectations, we will be back next year.

There was no staff we ever came in contact with besides the guard at the gate. Wasn’t exactly spelled out exactly who to talk to if we had a question. There were no life guards or anyone paroling the beach. No one to help get people out of the water when the 3ft shark swam right on along the bank with children everywhere. There were some people who took other peoples names off their chairs on the front row and put their group’s name there. It wasn’t very nice to see reaction when the rightful renters got there.

Booking.com did not know what they were talking about. You assured me 3 times that the beds were not bunk beds when the front desk was telling me they were. Upon arrival they fixed your mistake. I will definitely recommend Sterling Shores but not Booking.com.

I loved everything about the property from the guard get to the keyless entry,no hassle check-in and check out the amazing 2 bedroom apartment the view the balcony the pools and beach 🏝️ it was great nothing to complain about although the restaurants need a little more flavor other than that the best location for me!

The small area of private beach. The beach area was then taken up by rental chairs and umbrellas, with very limited room to spread out on the beach otherwise. Also the beach was a far distance from the room.
