It was kind of difficult to find the pool hours... it will be good if you guys, put some signs about it.

Paid for room through booking when making reservation. Was charged again by Elser on card that I gave for Valet and incidentals for full room charges that were paid at reservation. Elser has been less than instant to fix a clear double charge.

Need more food options. Very difficult to get food quickly. Would be better if they had snacks in the room and or a restaurant with breakfast options.

I would have like one of those little stores you can buy quick meals and essentials close by or inside the hotel.

Towards the end of the stay we had a bug critter in our restroom and we couldn’t get a hold of the staff until we went down to the lobby. Thankfully the matter was resolved.

The vallet was unorganized and the wait to get your vehicle when you called for it was excessive.

The location was great. It’s a very pretty hotel. Plenty of Elevators. I liked the staff assistance getting settled upon arrived and getting luggage out and packed in vehicle when departing.

It was on the street . Hard to merge with busy traffic . Valet was 10/10.

A bit difficult for DoorDash to drop off our food as the street was blocked off when the arena nearby was exiting traffic from a game. Not a well marked area either to find the building. Wish there was better signage, however our Lyft driver ok and figured it out. I would say the only thing we disliked was we struggled with the coffee machine. We were used to our kuerig and k cups and struggled with whatever the heck brand was in the suite so we ended up forgoing the in room coffee and ended up grabbing Starbucks at bayside.

I loved the safety of the elevator requiring a scan code for guest use only. The complimentary cereal and muffins for breakfast were fantastic. The facilities were incredibly clean and beds were comfortable. Literally only a 10 minute walk to Bayside shopping district where we ate at Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant and Hard Rock Cafe. In the opposite direction was a McDonald’s but I would not recommend it as it was dirty and very poor service. Hotel was so clean and trendy. We paid for only a 2 bedroom suite and were delighted to find out we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite ! We had the best view from the 31st floor. Beds were comfortable and no odor in the room and everything was clean and the rain shower shower head was heavenly! We used the laundry and dryer which was convenient before getting on our cruise. Kitchen area was nicely stocked if you wanted to cook your own meals. Tv had lots of options including Netflix and the hot tub and pool were absolutely fantastic and a wonderful way to unwind after a busy day exploring Miami. We didn’t use the workout room but it looked like a lot of fun with newer equipment and the pool area was so clean and had a great view of the city and ocean . We enjoyed watching the ships out at port. Complimentary cereals and muffins for breakfast were a great addition and the little bar to grab a cocktail was fantastic also. Perfect hotel for a week or just a weekend stay. I will 100% return next time we take a cruise out of Miami as we were literally so close to the port and just used Lyft to the Port of Miami. We walked to bayside and the area was easy to get around close to a lot of places. Staff were amazing and always helpful! Magical Miami stay!

Parking is valet only, and the only entrance is on a very busy street. Once you're in requesting valet is simple, but the busy traffic on that street makes the area a little challanging to navigate.

The room was perfectly sized. Amazing view, coffee maker made one of best home made coffees I've had. Pool and jacuzzi were great. I love that the gym was available 24/7 and got to work out with an amazing view. Will likely book again.

Best gym at any hotel. Exceptional views. Fantastic free breakfast on the pool deck! Close to downtown, the home court for Miami Heat is across the street and right next to port of Miami!

The only thing I didn't like the hotel could not have changed and that was inconsiderate guest that were very loud even at 1 in the morning. The restaurant not being open was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel and location was perfect. It will be awesome when they get the restaurant open.
