Also how close it is to the main part of downtown, and at the same time far enough to have a quiet sleep.

Let me tell you, this is N incredible experience, the vessel it’s very comfortable, clean, great air conditioning all around, the services is fantastic!!!!

Also the room, THE VIEW, the staff, awesome breakfast, nice pool area. The room is pretty and also pretty clean, spacious, stuffed, with tons of channels on tv and a balcony.

Da Vinci is located in Manaus’ trendy district of Adianopolis, only a 15-minute drive from the city centre. We had booked an executive / premium suite. We found a roach walking on our bed. We also saw a huge dead moth under the curtain in the living room. We couldn't handle that and promptly told the front desk. They offered to move us to a smaller unit which we readily agreed since there was no other option, we did not want to stay in an unit with roaches. Atade was super helpful and responsive. I would have thought that when checking out, they would have reduced my charges to the smaller unit instead of charging me for the executive suite when we did not spend the night in that unit. That would have been fair. Great breakfast as well!
