Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. The most exceptional service I've ever seen (and I've traveled 40 countries so I know what I am talking about)! The place is a bit out-dated but it has its own charm and the quality of service and attention is simply next level! Great view from the room, food quality is amazing and meals are very big and diverse! They offer transfer to/from train station as well as drive where you need in the morning when you go sightseeing, which is highly appreciated! Onsen area is small but has a nice view (women's section) and you get to wear a beautiful yukata they prepare you in the room. Japanese futons (bed) are very comfortable even though you need to get used to it after Western bed.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Staff, location and vibe were amazing. Highly recommend. A really layed back set up, but with all the comforts you need. Suggest stopping to get a fresh lobster and request the BBQ from the staff, was so good.

Great place with a mix of traditional and modern facilities. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Traditional Japanese breakfast included. Conveniently located, few minutes walk from the main station and Matsumoto castle.

Located in Oshino and only 10 km from Fuji-Q Highland, 八海 木花館 provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location and the view of Mt Fuji at the property was just spectacular. The food and service was impeccable. Nina Lin was sharing with us all the great spots to take photos of Mt Fuji and we really enjoyed our conversations with her. The other older lady was very helpful and hospitable as well and we can't praise them enough for making our stay so memorable!

The host was incredibly sweet and accommodating, with lots of knowledge of the local area, including the best spots to take photos of Fuji. He gave us complimentary tea/coffee and snacks in our room, and kindly offered to drive us to the station after we checked out. Traditional atmospheric ryokan (room had a cozy kotatsu).

The owners were incredible and very welcoming, I had great chats with Yoshi throughout my stay and he was gracious enough to give me a ride to the main bus station on my check out day which was a great help! The private hot spring in the bathroom was amazing and the dinner and breakfast were both delicious, the food was incredible! The view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel is also fantastic!

Kamikochi Nishi-itoya Mountain lodge ligger 47 km fra Japan Ukiyo-e Museum og tilbyder indkvartering med balkon samt have og fælles opholdsstue. Extremely friendly staff. Great attention to detail. And the food is amazing (by far the best we have had in Japan).

Kawaguchiko Lakeside Hotel ligger blot 1 minuts gang fra Kawaguchiko-søen og tilbyder indkvartering i Fujikawaguchiko, nær Kawaguchiko Ohashi-broen. Der er gratis WiFi overalt på ejendommen. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond our expectations and did all they could to make our stay as convenient as possible. The view of Fuji were amazing from our room. The location is also within walking distance of several restaurants and very close to the bus stop.

Located in the historical Shibu Onsen district, 渋温泉小石屋旅館 offers both private and dormitory-style guest rooms as well as an on-site restaurant where local dishes, wines and craft beers are available. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, awesome free onsens and a great cozy place to stay in.
