Amazing stay at this ryokan fully furnished , there was an amazing onsen in the room and 3 other onsens to use in the ryokan. The people working here are really welcoming and helpful ! Few things to know : the onsen water keeps flowing during the night which can disturb a little bit the sleep + there is a hill to go to the village but it is managable. Highly recommend for a great time in Kusatsu

It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. Dinners are magnificent! They served different menu during our 2 nights stay. Staffs are very detailed mind and helpful. Great Fuji view!!!!

The air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Asafuji have Shoji paper screens and a low table with floor chairs and cushions. Each room includes a fridge, private toilet, and guests bathe at the hot-spring baths. Japanese-style futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor is provided. Yukata robes are offered for guests. Hotel is clean and the staff are accommodating and warm to the guests

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. nice room good onsen, dinner is AMAZING, Michelin standard. highly recommend

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Very private and secluded area which is perfect.

The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The location is exceptional. I had the chance to see Mount Fuji directly from my room. The staff is warm and friendly, and Yoshi is an amazing host as well as an excellent cook. He even drove me to the train station on the day of my departure, although he wasn't obligated to do so, and he showed many thoughtful gestures throughout my stay. A big thank you. (As an added bonus, other guests I saw brought their dogs with them, and they were all adorable.)

This 3-star ryokan offers luggage storage space and a housekeeping service. Jigokudani Monkey Park is 46 km away and Mt. Kusatsu Shirane is 14 km from the ryokan. Amazing facilities - big spacious room, very clean. The onsen is great with natural spring water, very clean and tidy, if a bit small but it’s no issue.

The ryokan has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Worth the price that i paid. Really good dinner ! Room i stayed was huge (could easily fit 5-6 adults) with high ceiling. This place puts you in peace and serenity.
