We did not meet the owners of the apartment, but communication via email was very easy. All our requests were met immediately.

However, I cannot stress enough that the icing on the cake was Alex at reception. He was so pleasant and welcoming, very thorough during check in and showing us around, and went the extra mile when it came to some difficult street parking. He really went above and beyond and constantly made us feel at home. He gave some excellent local restaurant recommendations right in the neighborhood and was a very interesting person to talk to. We were really impressed by him, and his kindness was unmatched. We hope he gets the recognition he deserves as a top-notch host.

Surely if I’m going back to Mallorca I wouldn’t think twice to stay at Blue House again! 😍
