I love everything the room was spacious and totally clean and very class interior. I want to thank you Okada staff for your quick response on my request to send the medic right away since I need help I experience heart attact and the medics Mark and Rob are proffesionally know what they are doing very quick to decide to send me by ambulance to the hospital right away. and right now I am still in PHC hospital for my recovery, I want to mention also France and Nathan from the front desk for helping my brother to get access to my room. and to the lady manager I don't know her name thank you too me and my family salute you all Okada staff for your quick and helping staff. God bless you all!

All perfect! The staff was so kind that I had probably never encountered before. Cleaning ok! Large room equipped with all comforts! Abundant breakfast full of choice from sweet to savory! Great location! Possibility to leave your luggage in case of need! If I ever go back to Manila, I will definitely come back here!

Stayed here for two and a half weeks with my husband and toddler and the space was perfect for our little family. Amenities were clean, staff and guards were helpful, view of Ayala Ave and Makati was great and the best part was having a SM Supermarket downstairs to grab last minute groceries especially if you have a little one or were just feeling especially snackish. The place was also equipped with an oven, another foldout lounge (for an extra bed if need be), a vacuum and a tv for all those days you just want to stay in and chill. 10/10 would look into booking this place again for our next stay!

I like everything. Location is perfect, complete things in the apartment, you have complete condiments for cooking, easy to reach the host. I’m always comfortable staying at Ryan’s apartment and this is my 3rd time that I booked his property. Oh I booked for the 4th time. The most important for me is the cleanliness of his apartment.

I am a loyal guest of Hilander’s Condotel, I can say that the room is really clean. Staff in the lobby are also nice. The staff who assists me is also really nice. She helped me with my luggage. Rooms are big for couple, there is also sofa bed in the living room and another sofa. I love the view on the balcony. Aircon are both working in the living room and bedroom. Washing machine is also working and was able to wash my clothes. They also provide clothesline where you can hang up your clothes. Location is excellent, once you go out the property, there are some shops such as pharmacy, barbershop, bakery, coffee shop and etc. It is also near the skyway if you like to go to mall of Asia, makati and everywhere. For me, my experience is awesome and I’ll probably go back there next time.
