They are always happy to help or explain certain information about the hotel and its surroundings. Their warm welcome and helpful reminders made my stay incredibly comfortable. The concierge service is excellent and can assist you with everything. I highly recommend visiting the top floor of the building for incredible views of the whole city. Just ask the concierge, and they will explain where to go. If I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Its location next to Emaar Square is perfect for dining and shopping, and the hotel's own dinner and breakfast offerings are excellent. Additionally, the spa on the 11th floor is very good, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

I booked first for two nights and liked it so much that I stayed further 3 more nights. I stayed with my family in a family suite. It was clean, very spacious and new. The location is great and hotel provides free shuttle service to nearest attractions. The staff is very cordial & professional. I would definitely recommend it.
