The staff was extremely warm and helpful. The location is great, right in the old town next to restaurants and cafes. They helped me get a taxi to the airport at 6am in the morning. My room didn't have a window but it was quite big and the bed was comfortable so having no window wasn't a problem

Very nice and charmant hotel. Special Ms Linh Customer Service helped me to book transportation to Ninh Binh. She was very nice and helpful, recommended many destinations in Ninh Binh. Mr Mark is professional, he helped me to find a good restaurant and walked me to the mobile store. Ms Anna is excellent and she helped me to do laundry and service
