Located in Tertenìa in the Sardinia region, Dependance has a garden. I have given over 100 reviews since I started using booking.com and this was the easiest decision I have ever had to make in marking the property 10/10. The apartment was immaculate and equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It was a shame that we only booked one night to stay as it was a top class establishment. Kitchen had everything you could need, microwave, oven, cooker top, fridge, freezer. The check in was very easy and all done with minimal fuss. Bathroom and shower were absolutely perfect as well. Clean and spotless in every way. Bed was very comfortable as well. We knew the minute we arrived that the apartment was as close to perfect as you can get. An absolute joy to stay

Situated in Olbia and only 12 km from Olbia Harbour, La LocanDina features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property is not within the city centre but even so I would recommend it for those who have a car because it’s very close to the city. It is an amazing small house with a beautiful green garden. My stay there was one of the best I have ever experienced. Super clean and neat, the owner was very nice, the shower is very modern and everything was comfortable and cozy. It is definitely worth 10 stars!!

Dwelling Zara, a property with barbecue facilities, is located in Solèminis, 20 km from Sardinia International Fair, 17 km from Monte Claro Park, as well as 18 km from Roman Amphitheatre of Cagliari. The host Valter was super friendly. He even gave us some of his fruit on the second day of our stay. He was flexible about the time we arrived. It was very late and he did not mind us arriving late. The shower pressure was great. The water was hot. The apartment was spacious for two with everything we could need.

Boasting a balcony with garden views, pool with a view and a garden, Villa Boat - in front of the Sea can be found in Stintino, close to L'Ancora Beach and a 15-minute walk from Spiaggia Rocca Ruja. We spent a wonderful week with a family of 5 in this apartment. The house is nicely decorated and well-equipped. There is a lot of space inside and outside. Lovely garden, with a play area for children, plus a jacuzzi and a swimming pool ! House No. 1 has a great view of the sea. Great contact with the host - Federico is very helpful and always present :) To the beautiful beach, La Pelosa is about 2km; in early May, there are no problems with parking at the beach itself. We highly recommend it!

MYO Cagliari Charming House is situated in Cagliari. Popular points of interest around the property include National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari and Sardinia International Fair. The Quatro Apartment is nothing less than exceptional. A very well-balanced mix of old Cagliari and modern houses. Position - in Villanova area, very close to Castello, very close to San Benedetto market (don't forget to visit!!), close to the old town - meaning all mentioned areas are about a 5 to 15 min walk. Don't be afraid about the fact the apartment is in a pedestrian area. A very convenient indoor parking is a 5 min walk. Price for parking there - 9 eur per 24 hours. Cannot find anything more convenient. The host is a very friendly and warm person - thank you again for all, Rafaella!! The bedroom and the bed - really good and comfy!! The cleaning of the house - flawless!
