The guest house was very well kept, you could see the effort of creating a homely and cozy space. Staff were super helpful and really kind! The room had a beautiful view on the river side and a very nice balcony.

Comfortable matresses and nice curtains for privacy. The amenities were great too, a good washing machine and squeaky clean kitchen and bathroom. The place is been renovated a few years ago but still looks great. The part I loved most is the contact with Chris the owner, who is very nice to talk to and give tips about the region. Thanks a lot !

Location of the lodge was great, easy walking distance into Echoland and a snow shuttle bus stop not far from the front door. The lodge is well appointed and the family room is very accommodating. Breakfast was great served in the lounge area which was available for use at any time with complimentary tea/coffee. The owner was so helpful with suggestions and tips prior to our arrival and the staff looking after the lodge were so friendly, very helpful and extremely customer focused. I would highly recommend the lodge.

Extremely friendly owner, helped me with directions for planning my day there. I ended up going to see the peach blossoms, hiking up a beautiful hill and finishing my day off at an onsen. So much interactivity from the owner, who would message me through the day when I got lost. Great location, and free parking available (tell them in advance). Host let me use the facilities which was a great help. Very clean and a nice house.

Shioriya offers accommodation in Nagano, 11 km from Zenkoji Temple. Popular points of interest around the property include Togakushi Shrine and Old Kawanakajima Battlefield. I absolutely LOVED Shioriya. The owners were friendly, kind and beautiful people. They gave me lots of advice on places to see, how to get there, where to eat etc. The room was immaculate and in pristine condition. Really clean and comfortable. I was very well looked after.

Nastanitev Shinazawa se nahaja v mestu Nozawa Onsen, 32 km od znamenitosti Naravni rezervat Jigokudani Monkey Park, in ponuja pogled na gore. The accommodation is lovely, with spacious rooms, comfy tatami beds, and traditional pyjamas provided. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is excellent. There's an onsen onsite and other options nearby. An excellent dinner is available at a reasonable price. Also, Tommy's Burger is across the street. I read that some people commented on the location not being good. I'm not too sure what they were expecting. It's only a 15-10 minute walk from the ski field, and some equipment providers let you store your gear at the base, so it's a pretty easy walk. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay there again.

Offering a barbecue and ski storage space, AIBIYA is located in Yamanouchi in the Nagano Region, 4.1 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park. Hosts were exceptional. DONT stay anywhere else. Treated like family. Easy to reach by train. Easy to bus up the ski fields. Great selection of places to eat in Yamanouchi - ask hosts. Good start to the day with their complimentary breakfast.
