Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi is an 8-minute walk from OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal) and a 10-minute walk from Namba Station. Glico Man Sign is a 4-minute walk from the property. This hotel was in a very central location, a few minutes walk from Dotonbori. They had a great drinks bar with free drinks and a microwave was available for heating up convenience store meals. Out of all the hotels we stayed in Japan, this room was the most spacious. We had 2 large and 2 cabin suitcases open with plenty of space available to walk around. After checking out the hotel had a mini bus available to transfer us to Namba station. One of the receptionists also came with us and unexpectedly offered to carry both of our very heavy suitcases from the drop off point to the gates within the station and explained to us which train to get to go to the airport.

The public bath is excellent with two hot tubs, cold tub and sauna. They provide lots of free goodies including capsules with concentrated coffee that are so much better than instant coffee. The pyjamas also were great. Very comfortable bed.

IAM HOTEL er ideelt placeret i Chuo-kvarteret i Osaka, 400 m fra hhv. Glico-neonskiltet, Nipponbashi-monumentet og Zojugoi Yasuidoton Dobokukiko-monumentet. I liked everything about this hotel. the staff was so so nice, spoke well English, and was super accommodating and polite. The rom was airconditioned, so it was comfortable staying there, the style of the room (something I normally do not care about at all) was just so clean and tidy I really felt like I had gotten a premium room. The hotel is very central located, smack dab in the middle of the large shopping street in Namba. There is great nightlife just around the corner, and the train station is just a couple minutes away by foot. Next time I'm in Osaka, I'm staying here! 10/10

Walk able to the station. Near Dotonbori Glico Sign and almost of everything. Big bed room and comfy bed. Bathroom is big as well. Bathroom Amenities is good(soap and shampoo are smell so nice. Staff is very helpful.

Open from 15 July 2017, Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba offers accommodation in Osaka, 8 minutes from Glico Man Sign on foot. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. We were a family a group of 3 adults and two kids. Room was a little tight with 3 luggages but we would have more space if the kids hadn't insisted on sleeping on the sofa bed. The room had good amenities, staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early and the room was ready so was able to checkin early. Great location, easy walk to Dotonbori, close to food and metro stations. Would definitely stay here again.
