However, during our three-night stay, everyone in our group enjoyed this hotel, ranking it as the best among our accommodations during our two-week trip in Japan. The hotel is new, the rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, and the customer service is friendly. Additionally, the location is excellent, with walking distance to the subway, major shopping centers, and numerous excellent restaurants in the vicinity.

Also have many choice of resraurant nearby. Familmart just 1 min away from the hotel. And there have one supermarket is 3 min away. One of the metro station is also close to the hotel. The room is fully equipment with everything me and my family needed. We are 4 people family, and the room can fit with 6 people. Bath room is bigger than we think.

My first time at the Osaka venue, I got lost there first day and thought the location must be awful... then the next day with being more awake I realised it was a fantastic location. Nice straight line directly to the train and shopping centres, some great conbini and restaurants right next to the place. Staff were amazing as always. Room was great. Nothing to complain about, I'll be returning!

Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi is an 8-minute walk from OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal) and a 10-minute walk from Namba Station. Glico Man Sign is a 4-minute walk from the property. Everything went more than perfect at this hotel during our stay. The staff are just exceptionally nice and are willing to do literally anything for the guests to be extremely comfortable and satisfied. The hotel, rooms, and facilities are very clean, functional, and pleasant and best of all is the location where literally everything you need or want is a very short walking distance away. But it is the staff that made this our best stay ever. By staff I mean every single person from the owner all the way to the cleaners. Just perfect and can't wait to visit Osaka again and stay at the hotel.
