the whole experience was excellent as a whole! Barb and her husband made me and my dad feel like it was home! She made a delicious breakfast for us on request as we were tired of regular coffee and croissant (Italian breakfast), Was super attentive to our needs, gave us suggestions for food and transportation, and even gave me two maps for the city of Firenze. The bed was super comfortable and the restroom was very clean! Lovely terrace as well on the last floor! I Recommend this place 200%

The last bus back is at about 11.15pm so you can still enjoy an evening in the city without worrying about the time. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, Fabrizia and her husband could not have been better hosts. I would highly recommend a bottle or two of the local Chianti which they sell on site, and a meal at the local restaurant about 10 minutes walk away.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very quiet location in spite of being quite close to a busy nearby motorway. The continental breakfast was also excellent. The host Fabrizia, was outstanding, she was very friendly and helpful with her advice. Her communication was excellent.
