The beds were really confortable and the sheets especially soft! For breakfast we purchased some pastries from the bakery nearby and ate in the little garden with coffee from the kitchen, a perfect start of the day!

Very friendly owners, helped us make a dinner reservation, beautiful gardens. The shower was amazing. Breakfast breads, cheese, jam, crepes, and hard boiled eggs were included and delicious. Easy and free parking on the street.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Sur La Route Des Châteaux is a recently renovated guest house situated in Thenay, 16 km from Chateau de Chaumont sur Loire. Featuring luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Breakfast was lovely, everything you would expect from a continental breakfast. Home made bread and jams were really nice. Hosts couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely stay here again.

La Bussière Castle is 30 km from Le Nichoir. The nearest airport is Paris - Orly Airport, 151 km from the inn. This is a gem! Nice, clean room in a charmingly converted barn. Nice breakfast and deliciously home coocked dinner by the owner, Claire. Her husband Thierry organises the use of local/regional products - You can buy regional wines and beers in the lounge/terrace. We stayed 3 nights and did “velo-tours” along the Loire. Staff is very welcoming and make you feel at home from the first moment. Highly recommended!!

Less than 1 km from Clos Lucé Mansion and 17 km from Chateau de Chaumont sur Loire, the property features a terrace and a bar. Château de Chenonceau is 20 km away and Saint-Pierre-des-Corps Train Station is 23 km from the guest house. Maison Hulotte was a perfect three day stay for us. Beautifully decorated, artistic home, in a great location. Mme Berger was a lovely host and excellent cook. Our breakfasts were delicious.

It was last moment call for reservation and we didn’t regretted. Very nicely renovated place, cosy and enjoyable Very friendly host. The room - clean and stylish. Very cosy commun living room with possibility to take evening cup of tea. Good breakfast. In general very good impression about this guest house.
