I do like the the Place. Its very cozy, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is all there. The Breakfast is also good. I overall facilities is exceptional, I genuinely felt that i was at home. The location is also very nice. Its a walking distance from the main square, restaurants, tourist spots and beaches. I highly recommend to stay in this Guest house. The owner also allowed me to do early check in and late check out. They are understanding and generous. I highly recommend this Place for other tourist planning to visit.

Santa Lucija is a completely renovated old stone house, with preserved traditional elements and renovated with quality modern materials, thus creating a synergy of the past spirit and many possibilities of modern design. Each room is on its own floor and perfectly completed in its own style, as well as the accompanying bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a marine style with blue-white colors and decorations with motifs of palm trees and boats. The feeling of warm homeliness gives a led fireplace, that can warm you in cold days. On the second floor is a beautifully princess's room - a roses garden for romantic souls. A gentle baldachine and a romantic corner in the loggia, from which a beautiful view of the Garzotto street, will completely enjoy you. The third floor is designed in combination of powerful oak and the metal which complemented each other and burns in orange gray colors. For more comfort, a special cosmetic cupboard with a kerroc-sink was added, which facilitates the couple's morning and evening care. It is a special charm that gives the house a staircase, which is actually a link between the past and the present both in form and in the used materials.

Rovinj is a very beautiful medieval Istrian Town, where you will surely feel well. The Old Town Heart where is located Santa Lucia, is interspersed with nthusiasm and energy that has already been created in ancient times. Here can everyone find their joy. At a distance of 0.2 km from Santa Lucia, you can see most of the city's attractions: Balbi's Arch, City Palace, Town Walls and Gates, Town Clock, The Antonio Gandusio Theater, the Basilica of St. Euphemia, Franciscan Monastery, Romanesque Church of the Holy Trinity, ... In the immediate vicinity there are many Cafes, famous Restaurants, Wine shops, open market, markets, Souvenir sshops, Rocky Town beach, ... From the hustle of the old city center, you can reach by short walk spacious, natural, and individual Beaches that stretch especially in the southern part of Rovinj along the green zone, which offers many pleasant parks egPunta Corrente. Most of the coast is accompanied by a beautifully arranged walking /cycling path. From the Main Port, only 0.1 km away, takes every half hour a boat to the Islands of St. Katarina and the St. Andrija, where you can take place along one of the many natural beaches or in Swimming pool.
