Property very easy to find, felt very safe and secure inside, lovely decor, plenty of space in the dining area, bathroom very well put together, bedrooms are very spacious with lovely bedding, love the circular 360 spinning sofa, the sofa bed is also a fantastic addition to find to watch TV in bed if necessary, console with apps and plenty games to play also a nice little bonus, lovely finding milk sugar biscuits, very highly recommended as the hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming as well 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Definitely be coming back

Near to the station and the venue we were visiting. So excellent! In every way. I went with my daughter and we ate dinner there which was very good. Had afternoon tea also .... Excellent. I had a massage, perfect My daughter had a facial, perfect. Beautiful Spa The staff were lovely especially Keith the concierge. Excellent guy. A true asset to the hotel!

Room very spacious, liked the split bedroom and living room. Clever use of the bathroom door. Seemed like new carpets in our room. Seemed comparable to more expensive rooms in other hotel chains. Would definitely consider a Future Inn if needing accommodation.

The old rustic look keeping the history of Cardiff bay alive. The hotel had lots of character and references to its previous life. Sunday dinner in the restaurant was outstanding.
